Found hotel hard to get to only because a bridge was closed. Detour was in place. Once we were there everything was great. Anca and Caren made check in easy. Room was immaculate. Cleanliness was top notch Breakfast was hot and fresh. Made to feel welcomed by all staff we met

Absolutely top notch hotel and staff. Looked after by Lindsay and her reception staff the whole weekend. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best weekend..could not have asked for more. First rate service from arrival to departure

Really good stay. Room was so clean, I just couldn't believe just how clean. Reception staff on both check in and out were so very helpful. Breakfast was really good. Very hot and tasty. 24hour bar was out of this world. All in all really good stay again.

Good location, helpful staff who proved to be efficient when the fire alarm sounded at 4.00am and we had to evacuate the building.

Booked this room months ago for weekend visit with a mate. Staff were great but we ended up with a mattress on the floor of a room which was very small. Everything else was fine as usual and never had this problem here before. We weren’t the only ones who had this issue over the weekend. Whoever does bookings needs to get act together or they will lose our custom as we make the trip every year

Pub below way too loud until midnight. I called reception to ask what time they shut so boise would dstop for the man to say well it is bank holiday! Same man who i asked 3 times about breakfast with it beeing bank holiday to which he replied yeah breakfast is stil 7am for me and my husband to get up at 6am to be told breakfast isnt til 8

Everything you expect from a budget hotel. No bells and whistles, but a clean room and a comfortable bed for the night. Staff as mentioned in review were excellent - thank you.

Two accessible rooms booked (& discussed with the hotel prior to arrival) these rooms specifically needed due to serious disabilities. Early check in also paid for in advance. Two standard doubles had been allocated on arrival. Couldn’t access the correct rooms for an hour & three quarters later after other able bodied guests agreed to vacate. Appalling.
