+ location, beautiful rose garden, park - a joy for the eyes and legs :) + nice, clean large room, bathrobes and slippers, cosmetics in the bathroom, kettle in the room. + nice massage by a Balinese + tasty breakfast + very nice garden jacuzzi, + sauna at -1. -Cons - we had a package but we had to ask for everything. There was supposed to be a welcome surprise in the room, it wasn't waiting for us upon arrival, no one brought it after our check-in, we came back from dinner - it still wasn't there, we had to go to the reception and ask. They brought a nice surprise, but already after 9 p.m. - we had two dinners with a glass of wine. The receptionist called the restaurant to arrange a table for us, but already in the restaurant we had to remind ourselves about the wine and ask the waiter about the menu. The food looked very nice, but had no taste. The tartare was so hard as if someone had beaten it before serving it to the table. Snapper (fish) also tasteless. The next day we tried the thymus and it was good. Guinea fowl correct. Very tasty desserts. - we booked a sauna at the reception for a specific time and the sauna was not turned on. - coffee from the coffee machine at breakfast was not good. - you had to wait "until the bread was baked". There seems to be a lack of communication between the hotel reception and the restaurant. When they have three times more guests, breakfast should also be better stocked so that guests do not have to wait for food with empty bain marie. - The SPA has a dry sauna (quite nice), a relaxation room and a massage room. The whole thing is located on -1 and is neglected. A place with potential, but there is no experienced person who would meet customer expectations because the property itself is beautiful!
