It’s a nice hotel. But definitely not a 4 star hotel. What’s missing: - no separate shampoo / conditioner - just one unidentified liquid under shower - no body lotion. - only 1 large towel per person - loud AC - general can’t do attitude of staff - rooms not as booked - beds are very uncomfortable The hotel is still in a good shape, food served is very good, The pool complex is rather small and crowded, but quite nice. I would not have any complaints if this was advertised as a 3* hotel. But 4* - definitely not.

Do hotelu wybraliśmy się na weekend lipcowy na spontaniczny wypoczynek. Zabiegi w Spa to połączenie dbania o nasze zdrowie i pielęgnację naszego ciała , kąpiel w tutejszych basenach mineralnych warta podkreślenia szczególnie basen siarczkowy! Jedzenie na wysokim poziomie w formie bufetu. Co mnie miło zaskoczyło...wypożyczyłam z hotelu rower, niestety w drodze powrotnej kilka kilometrów przed hotelem zerwał się łańcuch. Po telefonie do hotelu przyjechał Pan z obsługi i bardzo sprawnie rower został naprawiony a dodatkowo Pan przyjechał z wodą (dodam był to bardzo upalny dzień). Drobne gesty powodują, iż wracamy chętnie do miejsc w których czujemy indywidualne podejście do klienta. Polecam ten obiekt dla osób ceniących wysoki poziom obsługi, smaczne jedzenie i klimatyczne miejsca.

Ładny hotel czyste komfortowe pokoje przestronna Łazienka oraz spory balkon ze stolikami. Przeciętne jedzenie zarówno śniadania (np zimne „plastikowe” jajka sadzone, warzywa lodowate jakby wyjęte prosto z lodówki ) jak i to co braliśmy na obiad „a’la carte” Hotel oferuje bardzo dobrą bazę zabiegową na dwa , ma dwa spore baseny do pływania. Sam Solec Zdrój jest prostu wioską w której nie bardzo jest co robić, więc zasadzie nie ma gdzie pójść na spacer chyba że na okoliczne pola. Jest mały trochę zaniedbany park i akurat trafiliśmy na remont generalny miejscowości gdzie dwie centrale ulice wyglądały jak krajobraz po bitwie. Jeśli więc nastawiliście się na pobyt tylko w hotelu to poza jedzeniem jest bardzo ok, jeśli na robienie czegoś więcej to trzeba wybierać się na wycieczki po okolicy.
