Harmony Inn

The kids were in another room! Grand ma slept well as well ! We just needed to find our own food, they hotel has no breakfast offered.

I cancelled this reservation in March, but they still charged me. When I reached out to them, they were rude and unapologetic. I contacted the booking company who assured me that I would be refunded. Then they charged me a 2nd time! I have again reached out to the booking company. Harmony Inn should be avoided at all costs. They are rude and clearly unprofessional.

Lots of upgrades done, nice comfy new beds, friendly staff, quiet and convenient.

The front desk clerk was delightful. Super helpful even came out to see if we wanted a coffee to go when we were leaving

Clean, comfortable and quiet

cleanliness was lacking,

Upon entering room it appear clean though in time proved different. The air conditioner was not cooling down the room even though running not stop. My partner checked the filter at it was absolutely filthy and he cleaned it out, making some differnece, though the room never did cool to the 74C it was set at. After using the shower and using the bath mat to wipe up the small amount of water in the floor the towel was covered in black streaks of dirt. The entire floor in the room was so dirty that the soles of my white socks were black, as were my feet. The beds were unncecdesarily high, being placed in a platform plus at box spring plus a 12" matress which brought the bed height to just below my waist. The beds were also so long that the desk could not be used as the chair could only be pulled out a couple of inches. The bed closest to the back wall was so close to the wall that the bed was not accessible from that side. Though the newly renovated bath/shower combination was fitted with safety bars the tub was approx 2' high, rending it unusable by anyone, including myself who would benefit from using the safety bars. The bottom of the tub did not appear to be slip resistant and no bath tub mat was provided. Though pet friendly I was not impressed that guest were permitted to take their dogs to the grassy area,which was were the play equipment, bbq and picnic tables are to do their business. 2 sets of everything for 3 adults, though when asked only 1 bath towel was given.
