Anna who helped me check in was delightful. Super helpful and kind. The hotel is on the outskirts of town, but easy 25 min walk to the heart of Peso de Ragua. Nice pool area although pool towels cost €2. Excellent breakfast with plenty of options.

The whole experience from Check in was excellent, we booked the double room and it suited our needs. Very comfy bed and excellent bedding. The pool was a welcomed addition and we used it both days.
Breakfast is plentiful and of a great quality. Staff constantly refill platters so there is plenty.
We found the staff member to go above and beyond for us, booking a wine tour and sorting out a taxi, she also recommended places to visit and restaurants. We were able to park directly outside the hotel and easily found a space each time we returned.

Staff simpático e atencioso. Instalações limpas e bem recuperadas. Pequeno almoço com qualidade e variedade suficiente. Espaço da piscina agradável embora o piso seja um pouco perigoso e escorregadio para entrar e sair da piscina. Ficamos com vontade de voltar.

Um alojamento local perfeito para umas férias relaxadas na zona do Douro. A casa é tradicional, mas a decoração e os espaços são modernos. Muito limpa e bem decorada. Os quartos têm o tamanho suficiente e são limpos. Na casa de banho tem secador (o que é bastante útil). A zona da piscina é excelente! O pequeno-almoço também é muito bom: variado, com compotas, café, sumos, leite, bolos caseiros. O melhor de tudo é a simpatia do staff e a localização, muito próximo do centro da Régua.

Bom pequeno almoço. Staff excelente, bastante simpáticos. Quarto (suite vista rio) com um excelente tamanho, bastante grande, com um terraço. Muito bem decorado, simples, clean, apesar de ser uma casa antiga a remodelação foi bem efetuada. Piscina e área envolvente bem cuidada.

Excellent option for a stay in the Douro Valley. Small, cozy and well decorated.
The staff is fantastic and always ready to help. The only negative point for me was the mattress. It was a bit harder than I would like to, however, I will definitely consider this property for a next trip.

We stayed here 1 night and regreted it. We should have stayed more time. Staff is kind, owner flexible and accommodating. Rooms have all you need from ac to clesn bathrooms. Swimming pool is excellent. Awesome place. Look no further..
