A infraestrutura do hotel é ótima, vista boa, café da manhã muito bem servido, atendimento foi bom. Porém minha experiência negativa foi ao chegar no hotel, 22h e 30m, após um dia exaustivo de reuniões, cansadíssimo, e o quarto não estava limpo, não tinha toalha seca, nem outros produtos de necessidades, lembrando que não cancelei o serviço de camareira. Solicitei uma toalha na portaria. Saliento que essa foi a minha experiência negativa.
