Hotel muito bom, com cheiro ambiente muito bom na recepção , no quarto tbm limpo e cheiro agradável, cama boa nao excelente. Banheiro pequeno com vaso separados.

Na última vez q fiquei foi dado um quarto com uma mini cama. Tive q descer e solicitar a troca do quarto. No mesmo dia o ar condicionado quebrou. Desta vez a surpresa maior, não estão fornecendo talheres e pratos p vc levar p o quarto. Caso vc compre uma fruta, sanduíche ou peça delivery não vão te dar os talheres. Chegaram ao cúmulo de oferecerem talheres de madeira para eu comprar. Eu jamais havia visto isso. Hotel não fornecer talheres aos hóspedes. Isso foi humilhante e ridículo por parte da rede ALLCOR. Nao critico os funcionários. São meras pessoas que recebem ordem de alguma pessoa que está escondida e não leva na cara. Triste! Só nos resta deixar o comentário e mudar de hotel

Hotel muito bem localizado, equipe atenciosa, café da manhã superou as expectativas, porém senti falta de itens básicos comuns a rede Accor: como academia e uma simples toalha de rosto nos banheiros!! Achei o quarto bem apertado para 2 pessoas.

Ótima localização, hotel confortável e bem cuidado. Café da manhã bem servido e de qualidade. Pontos para a máquina que permite aos hóspedes encher suas garrafinhas de água gelada ou mesmo água com gás. Perto de muitos restaurantes e lojas.

O hotel tinha tudo para ser um.bom Ibis Styles. Mas, decepciona muito. Localização muito boa, quartos amplos, bem organizados, com um propósito de conforto e praticidade. No entanto, cada detalhe possível de ser a oportunidade de encantar o hospede se transforma em um experiência ruim, ou mesmo péssima. O serviço é demorado, quase ignorando a presença do hospede. Apesar de o ar condicionado do quarto estar programado para frio, havia uma entrada de ar, junto ao ar condicionado, por onde entrava ar quente, em alta vazão!!!! Como resultado, o quarto se mantinha quente o tempo todos. Solicitado suporte, a única resposta foi de que estava "normal". O sinal de internet é muito ruim. Da mesma forma, a solicitação de providências foi desconsiderada. Então, ficou longe de um padrão de atendimento razoável. Não recomendo.
