muitos problemas com a porta do quarto, até q após 2 dias resolveram trocar o miolo. Em todas as vezes q fui para o quarto, tive q descer e trocar o cartao, sendo maltratada pelos funcionários que nao tiveram a menor gentikeza Atenciiosamente, Cristina
