Atendimento muito bom. Todos atenciosos, especialmente o Clayton do restaurante. Hotel confortável e muito bem localizado. Não é tão novo mas está em constante manutenção. Serviço de lavanderia eficiente, entregando o pedido de lavagem e passadoria em poucas horas. Ficaria hospedado novamente.

No geral atendimento ruim e os supostos diferenciais do hotel (brinquedoteca e copinha) com restrições de uso. Funcionários desinformados. Café da manhã comum sem variações ao longo de 4 dias. Cobrança de 10% em cima do valor informado pelo Booking. Quarto confortável.

Fiquei muito incomodada porque na noite anterior do checkout,além de deixarem debaixo da porta uma carta pedindo para descermos naquela noite para fazermos o acerto dos consumo,quando entramos no quarto,o front desk ligou no quarto falando que tínhamos que descer para pagar o consumo naquela noite. Que constrangimento meu marido e eu ficamos,além de tudo que não era nossa primeira hospedagem nesse hotel. Pagamos adiantado toda reserva de 1 semana no check in e mais 12% de consumo e monte de coisas que nos disseram que tínhamos que pagar,além da hospedagem contratada desde que reservamos 1 mês antes de irmos.Ai por conta de 600 reais,precisavam ligar no quarto pra pedir pra descer pra fazer o acerto aquela hora da noite??

Hotel muito confortável, porém a academia necessita reparos na estação de musculação, estava interditada. Além disso não há água na academia, nem toalhas para exercício aeróbico nas esteiras. Boas instalações no quarto e banheiro, assim como o café da manhã.

Todos os funcionários são muito cordeais, café da manha impecável, quarto espaçoso, cama enorme, chuveiro uma delicia. Tivemos um contratempo no final mas a gerente de recepção foi ágil e muito solicita e tudo se resolveu da melhor forma. Só Elogios... Exceto pelo preço da agua mineral dos quartos... cuidado kkk
