Reserva mencionava cama king, mas na acomodação foi utilizado duas camas de solteiro juntas por uma capa. Quarto com chuveiro com problema e ar condicionado bem barulhento. Café da manhã bom.

Hotel bom bem localizado, café da excelente ,limpeza pessoal da limpeza muitos prestativos, Um única reclamação é se é um casal que está se hospedado porque só uma toalha,toda vez tem que pedir essa toalha . Nza hora de ckelin está vendo o casal e ainda sim não disponibiliza se não pedir.

Foi boa a experiência, só deixou a desejar a questão do estacionamento, que o manobrista que guarda o carro no estacionamento privado , e ficou mais de horas com o nosso carro na porta do hotel , até um carro havia encostado na frente do nosso carro , por sorte não estragou , apenas amassou a placa , mas se estivessem guardado mediante ao nosso checkin não teria acontecido tal fato .

O prédio do hotel não tem estacionamento no subsolo. Um único manobrista é responsável por levar os carros dos hóspedes pra um estacionamento em outro quarteirão, voltar a pé, vira uma bagunça pq na hora da gente sair cedo, tem que esperar por horas pro manobrista ir lá a pé e trazer esses carros um a um. E ainda tem que esperar em pé , já que não recepção tem umas poltronas imundas, fétidas que deveriam estar no lixo já. Eu tive que ficar 40 minutos em pé esperando o manobrista trazer o carro pq já tinha uma fila de hóspedes que tinha solicitado os carros antes, segurando minha filha pra ela não se sentar naquela imundície. Com certeza quem fica lá uma vez não volta mais. Infelizmente fui "obrigada" a ficar lá pq tinha feito o pagamento adiantado.

A chave nunca funcionava e tinha que descer toda as vezes na recepção, não tinha lugar pra deixar o carro, paredes com infiltração, o banheiro com chuveiro dando choque, a cama não era no tamanho prometido, os elevadores muito lentos. Enfim, uma estadia pra esquecer.

Hotel pelo jeito já foi muito bom. Espelho e metais enferrujados e manchados. Fios de arandelas expostos, problemas com economizador. Pouquíssimos canais funcionando. Fizemos reserva pra casal, arrumadeira só deixava uma toalha de banho. O primeiro quarto que tentamos ficar, o ar condicionado fazia muito barulho, tivemos de trocar. Fazem propaganda de academia, porém, ñ está disponível. Máquina de café no lobby, TB com defeito.
