The hotel is good and the service is excellent, the attention given is impressive! It needs some maintenance but nothing that affects the stay. Improve the TV, improve equipment such as air conditioning, thinking about continuous improvement. But in short, the hotel and service provided are excellent, let's wait and see if this change of flag will continue...

The room is great, the beds are extremely comfortable and impeccably clean, even the room service was super kind, folding our pajamas that we left on the beds when we left in a hurry, the dinner service is also very good. My only criticism was the alarm on the 6th floor went off several times.

It was a fantastic experience and I enjoyed taking our other two pets, who are bigger, but it's a shame it's not possible yet. The restaurant is very cozy and has great prices. We are only certain that we will return to enjoy more days.
