2-Star Hotels in Goiania

I was in the hotel for 2 nights. The first night there was no cover available for our room. I went to the reception and told us that the cover had finished and had nothing available. We sleeped without any cover or towel. The bathroom and the room are very small, the bathroom door is swallowed and broken, and the coffee and location is the only way to get the bathroom.

Breakfast served very late (I had an event at 8:00 and needed to get there at 7:00 to get a good place and get to park, I couldn't take coffee any day because coffee begins to be served at 7h.) Parking charged part with value the area was the hotel itself. They had two lifts but not always worked. Finally, the structure is good, but the administration leaves it to be desired.

It was a great cost benefit, the location is great in a quiet street, I was alone and the room served me very well. Clean hotel, clean rooms. No breakfast, but a bakery on the corner with a discount. Staff are well educated. I recommend!

For the value of the day, I knew it wouldn't be the best, but I hoped the essentials would be essential. In the vc reception you already find broken chairs. Room shower with little water, needing cleaning. The record of the shower was released. The air conditioning needs a deep cleaning, off the control broken. Breakfast was good, but when some item was finished, it took rest. Hotel without access, and for whoever likes to wake up and sleep quietly, it is not the best place, because it is well in the centre of Goiania, with a bus point well in front.

Excellent location, free parking, room with availability of 2 waters, 2 social club cookies and 2 free chocolates. Breakfast is the only point that I see with the possibility of improvement in terms of item diversification.

Pessoal, esse hotel apesar de se da rede OYO é péssimo. A limpeza é mal feita. O colchão não tem capa e é machado. Disponibilizam apenas um lençol fino além do que cobre o colchão. Os quartos não possuem acústica e escutamos tudo que as pessoas falam e fazem nos quartos ao lado. Não há regra de silencio, pelo menos não é fiscalizado pelo hotel. Na minha estadia uma pessoa bêbada tentou entrar no meu quarto forçando a fechadura e com som alto no celular, foi horrível. Quando reclamei o recepcionista da noite foi super mal educado comigo e levou para o lado pessoal, me questionando se eu achava que era ele que tinha mandado essa pessoa lá, enfim, sem a menor empatia com o hospede, ainda mais por ser mulher, custei a dormir, um verdadeiro pesadelo! Não recomendo.

I was in Maio/2022. The hotel meets what it promises. The room has good accommodation and sufficient equipment. No luxury but comfortable. TV has only open channels and more than 3 or 4 channels per signing, w-fi works satisfactorily. The point to be improved is the breakfast coffee that has few options.
