Hotels Near Igreja Fonte da Vida Parque Eldorado Oeste in Goiania

We checked in around noon, went up to the room extremely tired and took a long nap before leaving again. We noticed there were no blankets in the room even though it is 9 degrees celsius in the city. We arrived again at night and requested blankets and extra pillows. First: The cleaning of the room is questionable as well as its condition. We waited forever for the blankets and we called again for it. We were told they were coming. That was around 11:15PM. WHAT KIND OF HOTEL IS THIS THAT LEAVES GUESTS WITHOUT BLANKETS? We waited too long and went downstairs to ask and we were told to wait. Went downstairs a second time at approximately 12:40AM and asked where  we could go to personally grab the items. I find that this hotel leaves their staff without enough support, I believe. Employees seem very unhappy working here and unwilling to please guests with simple things like service with a smile or a blanket. The room also did not have a TV remote. Horrible first impression of this hotel. Breakfast was ok. Coffee not good, but that could be a matter of taste. Even though towels were requested, they did not leave us with towels. We had to hunt them down and when we got them they were like kitchen rags. One employee was friendly and spoke english. He worked on Saturday night. The majority were not too friendly. The pillow and sheets were stained. I think mine had blood. It was so late when I noticed that I didnt even feel like letting them know cause I knew they would not care. Parking is advertised on *********** as free but we paid at checkout. Who knows? Never staying there again.

A great location Our room was very spacious, the only thing not very nice, was that the fridge was empty, because of the pandemic, everything is in the reception. breakfast well diversified and polite employee

The hotel service is very good, the equipment is very new, and it feels safer than the other hotels in this time. The room is large, comfortable, and the location is good. It's not too far away if you drive.

I was hosted from September 02 to 03 in room 403 with an unsupportable smell of mofo, only 1 lift working, around 2 a.m. 6 people entered room 404 with high conversations, laughs and battered in the door, I called ten times at Reception by number 9 and no one answered, at 2:40 am I got down the Reception and reported the situation to the receptionist who called in the room, however, the noise didn't stop at 3:20 am I called again at the reception this time the respondent answered and Unfortunately, he said he had connected to the room and the person denied the grip in the room that lasts up to 5 a.m. I don't recommend anybody, room and all dirty infrastructure, very weak breakfast for a daily expensive.

Ótimo hotel, café da manhã tem muita variedade, quarto muito limpo, preço excelente, fica em uma ótima localização com tudo perto. Funcionários atenciosos. Tratam a gente muito bem. Obrigada por tudo

The hotel is a good hotel, a great bathroom, a legal look, a friendly receptionist and a care via WhatsApp precise. Good room and bed, air conditioning ok, a large bathroom but the box is small, a fat person can't get in. The cleaning during the stay left unwanted, I didn't think it was necessary to clean every day, and so I was taking myself the waste I produced. One day I asked for cleaning, they only swallowed the beds and exchanged the floor of the bathroom, the same was filled with hair on the floor and no toilet paper rested, I had to ask. The room was close to the lift, so the noise was huge all day and a large part of the night, I didn't enter the pool, but it seemed clean, a quiet environment, I went two times and the pool was empty. Breakfast with the necessary and everything good taste.

The hotel is very good service, excellent breakfast, with a variety of services, and the facilities leave to be desired only in the question of lifts which are very small and delayed.

Quartos sempre limpos e cheirosos, esse hotel tem um cheiro maravilhoso e marcante, fico hospedado no mínimo uma vez ao mês nele, bem localizado e fácil encontrar estacionamento. Como sugestão deveria ter uma área para fumantes aí seria espetacular.

Fiquei no quarto Twin com duas camas de solteiro grandes. Quarto com boa iluminação natural, bom isolamento acústico, roupas de cama e banho de boa qualidade, travesseiro gostoso, bom colchão. Banheiro pequeno, mas com uma pia grande, chuveiro excelente. Frigobar bem recheado, apesar dos itens serem caros (6 reais por 500ml de água mineral). Café da manhã muito bom, simples mas com itens muito saborosos. Não usei piscina e sauna. Estacionamento gratuito
