Nous séjournons actuellement à l’hôtel Moringa 😁 Nous nous y sentons tellement bien que nous sommes restés une semaine de plus. Nous sommes un couple avec trois enfants, nous avons visité plusieurs villes de Turquie ( Antalya, Izmir, cappadocia, pammukale, Ankara, cannakale……) et honnêtement c’est le meilleur hôtel dans lequel nous avons été. Les chambres sont superbes et confortables, l’hôtel en général est également très beau. Le personnel est très professionnel et serviable. Vraiment nous les remercions pour ce super séjour et nous reviendrons ça c’est certain… Murat, Sabrina et leurs enfants: Ilhan, Alkan et Aylan

I think the hotel is one of the oldest in the region. The decorations and furnishings are outdated. Although the gentleman, who I think is the owner of the hotel, and the receptionist friend did their best to help, it was not enough. The room was old and very small. The sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers had not been changed, I went myself, asked for clean sheets and changed them. Especially in the toilet and sink, there were traces of previous guests, bring bleach with you. Since the thermal pool was outside, we did not use it to avoid dryness, but it was dirty inside. The free family bathrooms are useful and large, but I don't think they are cleaned regularly either. We made a reservation for half board, but since they changed to a bed and breakfast concept, they directed us to a restaurant in the town square, the food and service were good, and thanks to them, we visited a beautiful valley that we would not have missed by coming here. The breakfast buffet was varied and good. The finished products were replaced immediately with new ones, you won't leave the table hungry, and the tea was great too. Even though they provided a new and clean park bed, it is not hygienically suitable for a family with a baby. I also found the fee charged for the service to be high.

Unfortunately, we chose it by being deceived by the beauty of the comments. The rooms are not clean at all. The previous customer's hair was on the ground with peanut shells. We asked for an extra bed for my daughter while she was getting ready, I ordered a hot water and the glass came without washing the first minute, I said "oh my god". None of the employees have masks. There is no such thing as a Covid precaution. The dining hall was full of people snoring, and we ate in fear. Hes code is not even questioned. First of all, the waiter is coughing while serving. The day we left the hotel, the staff did not come if they were sick, I hope it is not covid. While taking tea, I heat the glass with hot water and the chef closes the tap like a guard next to me. We eat for 15 minutes, they come to the table 10 times, it is very disturbing if there is an empty plate. Probably not enough plates. We made a payment with dinner in the morning, but the drink is paid 🙂 Let's get paid, thank you, but at least it's hot, I said ice-cold coffee or tea, no one cares that it gets cold until you bring it. On Saturday evening, meat dish came out, but the taste of meat is different. We asked for a room with a jacuzzi, but we used it as a bathtub because when we turn the system on, black dirt comes out of it. We went healthy, I hope we came back without any illness.

The thermal pool is magnificent, the rooms, the restaurant-lobby area are very elegant, conveniently designed and immaculate. In addition, Hk Kemal, Deputy Food and Beverage Manager, Mr. Samet at the Reception and Ms. Gülsen Hn, who delivered my bathrobes, and other Hanim, all the employees whose other names I don't know, are very nice people, polite people, and they provide and manage very well. When I entered the hotel, I saw the 5 Star Hotel staff, their professionalism and sincerity. We were also very pleased to meet Mr. Sadi, he is really everywhere at all times and takes great care of your satisfaction, thank you very much, we were even embarrassed by his kindness. We are definitely coming again. ****The price-quality balance is great. The open buffet meals are also very good, but I say Moriga Hotel just for the outdoor Thermal Pool, its environment and for the Hotel staff ️ The fact that the rooms have balconies is a great detail ️ **********ts the most lovely and comfortable hotel in Yalova. Especially for the ones Who looks for the Thermal Water, Spa experience near by Istanbul. Thankyou so much to Manager MR Sadi. Termal havuzu muhteşem, odalar, restoran-lobi alanı çok zarif, kullanışlı dizayn edilmiş ve tertemiz. Ayrıca Hk Kemal Bey, Yiyecek İçecek Mdr Yardımcısı Bey, Resepsiyon Samet Bey ve bornozlarımı teslim eden Hanımefendi, diğer isimlerini bilemediğim tüm çalışanlar, çok güzel insanlar, kibar kişiler ve çok iyi hizmet verir, yönetiyorlar. Otel’e girdiğim de 5 Yıldız Otel çalışanlarını, profesyonelliğini ve samimiyetini gördüm. Ayrıca Sadi Bey ile de tanıştığımız İçin çok memnun olduk, artık Yalova’daki yerimiz MORİGA OTEL. Fiyat kalite dengesi muazzam. Açık büfe yemekler de fazlasıyla iyi ama sırf açık Termal Havuzu, ortamı için ve Otel çalışanları İçin Moriga Otel diyorum ❤️ Odalar da balkon olması da müthiş bir ayrıntı ❤️ **** Its the most lovely and comfortable hotel in Yalova.
