Room was clean and felt safe for kids and I. Shower was great…good pressure/heat. Beds comfy. Everything was maintained pretty well.

The hotel was conveniently located and easy to get to. The only bad thing was that there wasn’t a hair dryer in the unit.

Reached out to the hotel several times including the manager, Andrew Gustafson. Received one response to an issue from my stay in Dec 2023. Upon providing the requested information to Andrew, I have not heard back from the hotel or the manager concerning my issue. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL especially for the manager to just ghost me regarding something that the HOTEL promised but never followed through on.

El personal que atiende el hotel pésimo, nos robaron cosas de nuestra habitacion, en alguna ocasión mi hijo dejo una gorra cuando bajamos a desayunar y no pasaron 5 minutos y ya no estaba lo mas seguro es que se la robo la persona atiende en la zona del comedor
