Very comfortable hotel. Delicious breakfast. Great services.

Drove 9 hours to stay at this Hotel, while attending a concert there, and housekeeping stole from me. I left my smart watch sitting on the desk. Confirmed by 2 others that stayed with me. I checked out of hotel, and realized I forgot it. called to see if it was turned in shortly after I left, they tried to brush me off and say nobody found it, they refused to check with the housekeeper that cleaned the room. Refused to look into it. Called the next day and some really rude guy hung up on me when I asked if it was found. That is clear evidence they stole it. so my lovely trip ended up losing 350.00 that was stolen by some staff at the Hotel. DIdn't even act like they cared or would check on it. Will never stay there again, very dishonest people!!!! and theives!

There was no closet or hangers. The room was clean enough, and the staff was nice enough, but how do you have a hotel room without a place to hang your clothes?

The elevator stopped working and trapped my kids inside. The front desk person wasn't going to take any action. We had to tell them what to do and who to call. Managers need to do better training and be present. None of the rooms we booked had working exhaust fans. All the staff seemed to be very miserable.

They lost power 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed. Beds are rock hard. Staff didn't have any clue about anything. No managers on duty. Very limited parking near the hotel. Cooked breakfast was very mediocre so plan on eating out.

Our reservation was for two queen beds, we ended up with two full beds. The staff was super friendly though.

Family of 5 with 3 teens- did need to open window for adequate ventilation in middle of night. Breakfast hot food was lukewarm including omelet taco and sausage. Trash in parking lot. Had to provide personal information at check in that should come from *******. Some wear and tear in room. Had to request extra towels and sofa bedding.

The staff was AMAZING! We needed to change what kind of rooms we had, and helped us out at 1am.🌟Even though it was supposed to be allowed.
