Family enjoyed stay here. Pool, jumping pillow, playground, play room all great. Staff very helpful. Cabin was cleaned well, but needs a deep clean. Walls very dirty with old liquids and grime. Sheets were not clean.
Overall though, very nice stay

Perfect place to stay while visiting 12 apostles. Only 7 mins drive. The town is quaint and the locals are super friendly.

Big4 Ballarat Goldfields Holiday Park Hotel is located near the Goldfields Town Tourist Area. The hotel garden is large and the facilities are relatively complete. The room is quite new and the bed is big and comfortable. It just felt cold at night and the air conditioner was turned on.

The holiday park was very clean and well kept, easy to get to, and the staff were lovely. Close location to Soverign Hill, and only a short drive to city centre.

We booked in for a two night stay. Road in front of cabin blocked for tree cutting, no notice provided to guests. Unable to park in our cabin driveway with a toddler and had to carry all our belongings in. Constant noise from chainsaws all afternoon. And was told ‘sorry for inconvenience’. Unable to have a toddler nap due to this. Had to leave the park and unable to relax.
At time of designating cabins, if staff knew of the tree cutting and seen we had a child under 2 would have made sense to provide a cabin as far as possible?
Really disappointing as the only whole day we were there we experienced this.

Two weeks ago the experience was excellent It was very busy been holidays but still very peacefulwe s wonderful stat reception was great the last vist this was excellent we stay in a deluxe cabin and the patrons next door had music up all night and loud
