Nice location and clean room, the only deficit is the quilt, the cover didn’t fit the quilt and it fells bit dirty itself. Rest is good.

We were only looking for somewhere to stay overnight and there were not a lot of options available at short notice, so booked here. The place is quite dated but was clean enough (that's where the positives end). The pillows were as hard as rocks; there was an electric blanket, but my side did not work - probably due to the masking tape around it because obviously the cord was damaged; the shower door did not close properly and the television was useless. There were bags of rubbish lying around in the carpark area. Very happy to get out of the place.

Excellent location right across from bakery hill McDonald’s. Room was nice and cosy. Spa bath and comfy bed. This place was very easy to find and the hotel owner was very nice when we booked in this wasn’t our first time here and won’t be our last.

absolutely awful. tired, dirty, noisy, broken furniture, reception not helpful then left early booked thru Qantas Hotels (who rated 4 stars) then washed their hands of it - usual Qantas (lots of talk little action) never again feel sorry for a city that was once an Icon

The room itself was more than adequate and the spa bath in the private bathroom a delight. But the visit was spoilt by the false advertising on the booking site. We were promised a free continental or English breakfast but upon asking for it were told they didn't do breakfast and suggested to go to McDonalds. We were told there was a bar/lounge. SInce we were there for my wife's birthday we thought a drink in the bar would be nice once we had the kids in bed - but there was no bar to be found. The room details mentioned a "full kitchen" but this was just a microwave and a kettle. It was a nice room at a reasonable price. There should be no need to lure customers in with lies.

Good facilities within 10 minutes of the centre. We had an Accessible room that was relatively spacious and had most of what we needed. A pleasant shady courtyard at the back although it made the room a lilt dark.
