I have made the worst possible mistake when choosing for a hotel in golden sands. This hotel is quite isolated and once inside you are imprisoned and in order to go to the beach or the nearest hamburger stand you have to walk for 45 minutes. All the other hotels like Hellios which is the neighboring Hotel have a backdoor which helps travellers to get to the beach and golden sands interesting places easily. This hotel has nothing. You have to wait for the first shuttle that leaves at 9 in the morning. Secondly don't be fooled by the word park view. The park view rooms look into a car park. Look at the view I got. Please avoid the rooms 129 and 128 which look on some glass shavings. See the picture. The hotel is old and carpets are not cleans. Food is basic and ifbyou want to have fresh fish or something you have to walk for 45 minutes to get to the nearest restaurant

We arrived at the hotel at 9.00, they immediately invited us to breakfast, and they also provided lunch, which made us very happy! Check-in only after 14.00, they said that the room was being cleaned, as a result the room was very poorly cleaned. There was no hairdryer or dryer. They asked and they provided. Beer and cola were prepared in the refrigerator upon arrival. Bottled drinking water is also provided. I was pleased that the train was strictly on schedule, and the sunbeds were free. But it is very inconvenient and takes a long time to get to the beach. I was also pleased with the music, including live music in the evenings, it was hospitable! The food is delicious and varied. A very big minus is the complete lack of cleaning in the room. Out of 6 nights the trash was taken out once!!! On one of the rest days I asked 3 times to at least remove the trash! This is trash(((The cleanliness in the hotel is neglected, and very neglected. It is clear that the hotel was cool at one time... but unfortunately there is no maintenance of cleanliness and this is the main thing!

We were very disappointed with our stay and the cleanliness of the hotel. I have attached photos that speak for themselves. I complained daily when we first got there and my room was still not cleaned. It does not have daily house keeping and we had to chase them to change our beds or towels. The food was below average and this is certainly not a 4 star hotel, 3 at best. What was great about this hotel was the sea view, the bar staff and the kids entertainment. Without this I think our holiday would have been a disaster. We also booked with Balkan and they didn't have enough seats for our hotel transfer and my 6 year old son had to sit on the floor in a cramped minibus.

We have been coming to the sea at the Apollo Hotel for three years, but this year 2023. we are not satisfied either with the cleanliness of the hotel or with the food. Only the pools were well maintained.

Excellent hotel. Delicious food, high-quality alcohol in the bar. Swimming pools for both adults and the youngest guests. The rooms are clean. Friendly staff. You can watch the sunrise from the balcony, amazing view! We liked everything

We vacationed with children in August. The view from the room is amazing. Evening animation, children's room, slides - everything is open, there is a shuttle to the beach. Variety of food, always available meat and fish, lots of fresh vegetables and a large selection of fruits. For comparison, in Sani Beach there was no choice. Spa - hardware massages, Jacuzzi baths, aromatherapy, only your choice. Family room, two rooms, two bathrooms, there were no problems with the service at all. More than a decent hotel.
