I got one star because I can't give null. All-inclusive offers only beer, wine, and lunch, nothing else compares to HB so it was a waste of money. The food was low quality (the cheapest products). Tap water smelled like chlorine. The hotel staff was unpolite e.g. when I wanted coffee in a glass (not in a plastic cup) there were a lot of rude comments. I don't recommend this place. You are able to find a better one at a similar price and a better location in Golden Sands. Only one thing I rate well, was a clean room, fresh towels every day, and polite room service. A hotel like in the Polish People's Republic, the air conditioning does not work in room 43A, it is hot as an oven. Room 307 smells of sewage terribly! It's a long way to the beach and it's hard to get back because it's uphill! When it comes to food, it's a tragedy, the food is always the same, the manager goes around and checks who is taking what and how much, even though there is a buffet. The sun loungers and tables at the pool are dirty. I do not recommend it

Golden sands a beautiful place complimented with this lovely clean hotel with great staff great food and such a great price . Just far enough to be in the green forest with the sea at veiw . A smaller hotel than many others close by so a reall feel of personal hospitality I fully recommend this hotel and many thanks to all here

Cozy hotel, quiet and peaceful in the evenings. The pool is clean, toilets by the pool are also clean, lifeguard watches over those playing in the water. The hotel is well-kept for a 3* hotel and I have no major comments. Outside the hotel, this street is not very interesting, but it's not so bad, unfortunately, it's a bit to the sea (return up a steep hill). The food wasn't bad either, I don't know what people eat at home that they complain so much (remember this is a 3* hotel). We were there in early August 2021. and of course on the bar there was a description "Regional spirits (beer and wine) but the ALL option included vodka, rum, gin whiskey and some liqueurs. By the way, greetings to the bartender Zachar.
