the hotel is great - the room was large. the food -was just great with a lot of options the dining room open hours are long - dinner until 10 pm! the staff was friendly especially Simona from the front desk who was very helpful and very nice only bad thing us the distance from the city - 40 leba in a cab

Varnanin koruma alanında milli parkta yer alıyor. Odalar geniş ve konforlu. Olanakları iyi. Deniz manzarası odalardan gün doğumunu izlemek çok keyifli. Küçük bir havuzu var ama kullanışlı. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği yeterli herkes için uygun yiyecekler var.

If you are looking for a hotel with bad food and a ****** with less-than-average ******** conditions, this is the hotel for you. On the other hand nice rooms, clean, and honest prices (but you will spend much more at the ******). Not in the center of varna.

The worst experience in my life. They have made differencebetween bulgarian citizens and the rest, different retsaurants, differents food.. Incredile for 2023 year ... When i ask the reception, they told us " this is our policy" ...

We had a few rooms for a family reunion. I had a few mishaps during check-in but the hotel staff went above and beyond to try to make it up for everything. The hotel is very clean, 20 steps from the beach, service is top notch. The front desk was probably the only department that was lacking a bit. The buffet was decent and there was plenty to choose from. Chef Dimitar at the omelet station was noticeably super friendly and nice to all guests. Rooms are large, I highly recommend the high floor rooms - sea view with balcony. Overall a great stay and we all had a fabulous time.

Diesem Hotel 5 Sterne zu geben ist eine Frechheit. Das Essen ist mehr als schlecht, keine gute Auswahl und das meiste vom Buffet ist auch noch kalt. Die Betten sind steinhart und das Hotel ist aufs Billigste saniert worden. Minibar auch komplett überteuert. Würden hier nie wieder Urlaub machen.

******: No Limit Texas Hold'em. Eeach day after 20:00 the games of 1/3 and 2/5 Euro started. The poker room offered up to 8 tables. During my visits there were up to 3 tables running. Only Texas Holdem. I have no idea why did the ******, both poker and ****** games, operate on Euros rather than BGN's. Yoy can wirhdraw Euros from ******'s cashiers desk. There is no dress code or anything.
