The good: All rooms have air conditioning and minifridge. The pool is clean and decently sized, but closes at 5 pm (seems to be the norm in that area). Plenty of shade in the garden. The bad: Cleanliness was not their strong point, they seem to focus more on adding chemicals to the pool everyday (that is normal) than cleaning the spiderwebs and glasses from your room before your stay. This specific room had a nasty stain on the wall and the AC looked absolutely disgusting. The wifi is absolutely useless (no signal at all) unless you are at the reception hall or some areas of the garden. All bathrooms have issues with ventilation, they have a persistent unpleasant smell and quite a bit of mold. The coffee at the bar is disappointing, it's really small and served in a foam container. They tax the same amount for milk in coffe as for the coffe itself. A vending machine would do a better job, and probably cheaper. Parking was a nightmare, they confirmed a few days prior to arrival that they reserved parking spots. I don't mind the fact that parking is a bit of a walk away from the hotel, but that we had to have a back and forth with their parking contractors for more than an hour to actually let us park there. Instead of just directly contacting them they just told us to insist to park there, so after being refused 5 times (5 tripts to the hotel and back to the parking lot) they finally called them and it was fine, but why did I have to go through the hassle of finding a parking spot and insisting to be let in the parking lot when I was assured there will be one?
