A truly unpleasant experience for my family - Noisy sub-mediocre accommodation, an unbelievably rude and ****gish staff, terrible food, and totally weird, non-customer friendly rules and limitations. In all my travels, I have never been treated so badly by hotel staff.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star. Absolutely terrible hotel! The room smelt of sewage on the second night I got food poisoning. The food was terrible and the mattress had urine stains on it. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Only good thing about this hotel would be the inside pool apart from that it was a holiday from hell. My first experience in Bulgaria and never again!

Almost everything was awful. There wasn’t diversity in the kitchen. It looked like they were serving the cheapest food - the ham was questionable, the water wasn’t mineral it is tap water, you can taste it. The wifi is really bad, the balconies are separated, but you can see people from the other room and they can see you. The animation program from the next hotel Elena was really loud and we didn’t fall asleep until 22:30. Don’t recommend this hotel at all👎

Уже с момента заезда настроение на нуле...обслуживающий персонал просто хамло, не уважающий своих постояльцев. За неделю ни разу не убрали номер....не говоря уже о замене полотенец, за 7 дней ни разу не было замены. Персонал не делает замечания по поводу правил внутренего распорядка в отеле. Это ужасно, когда в столовую заваливаются лица в мокрых купальниках и полуголые. Дети просят коктейли, а персонал крутит пальцем у виска... Еда однообразная. Сезон фруктов, а кроме персиков, яблок, слив и арбузов нет никакого предложения. И то фрукты уже повидавшие жизнь...не первой свежести. Бассеин и джакузи не чистились с начала сезона.

After arriving at the hotel at 9:30 a.m., checked in at 2:00 p.m. Other nationalities were continuously accommodated. It is true, we had lunch, so it went away.. Room corresponding to 3*. full of water after washing. Constantly repeating fried dishes. Praise, however, for excellent broths, chicken, pork. In the convenience store in the hotel you can buy everything you need, especially water much cheaper than in supermarkets. I probably won't even comment on the pool with Romanian clientele.. we probably won't come back here..

I stayed at this HOTEL from 12th June 2022 until 25 th June 2022 I could not believe what I saw the receptionist working behind the bar abd in the restaurant under age persons serving behind the bar IE : owners grandson the place is run down the food is always cold the same every single morning for breakfast quality of food not good and chicken 6 days out of 7 only 1 receptionist spoke good English I think the hotel should be downgraded to a 1 star hotel spirits from the bar watered down nothing good to say about this Hotel do not stay under any circumstances at this Hotel

Extremely old hotel. Too expensive for what it is . It was probably nice when it was built in the 70's but since then not many changes in the building. Food is also pretty bad and low quality. I cannot believe that in the middle of summer there are no fruit but some very old oranges and apples. Golden Sands in general has become a run-down, dirty, low-quality resort. Ultra crowded beaches, with two meter of free areas. The sunbeds are not cleaned properly as is the beach is only very superficially cleaned. Cigarette remains everywhere.
