We spent a week here in June and had a great time. The animation team, George, Damien, Bobby, Silvia and Seline were absolutely amazing. They were always offering activities throughout the day to keep the whole family entertained. My husband loved the water polo, my youngest loved the mini disco and myself and our 17 yr old loved the shuba game each afternoon. Well done guys you made our holiday! The food was nice, plenty of fresh fruit and salad and something different on the menu each day. The kids especially enjoyed the pancakes at breakfast time. Our room was generous in size and the general cleanliness of the hotel was good. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We are now back home after two weeks at Hotel Kristal, can't remember if this was our 6th or 7th stay here. As always, we have had a wonderful time here. Hotel Kristal has a great location a bit away from the party noise but still close to everything, 5-10 minutes walk to the beach. The pool area is wonderful with three pools, surrounded by trees. Sun all day, only some shade on the eastern side of the pool area in the morning. Pool bar open 0830-1800 and 'food corner' open 1200-1500 if I remember correctly. Wonderful pizza at 'food corner' they also have ice cream of different types. The food in the restaurant has always been good, but this time it was really wonderful. If you don't like the food here, then you can only blame yourself - for bad taste. The bars have beer, mastika, rakia, brandy, gin and a collection of long drinks included in the all inclusive. Actually, the local gin is the best I have ever tasted, the local brandy is also very good, tastes honey. I'm not fond of long drinks but according to my travel companions, some of them are really good. Activities 6 days a week by the animation team, George is amazing. Also games/shows in the evenings, first for children, for everyone later. The rooms are nice, we had rooms in 'section B' towards the pool. Here it is morning sun, also a bit noise from the stage during evenings. The beds are really good! A small refrigerator in the room, works great. The AC we seldom use, it is not powerful but it is working. Everyone in the staff are really wonderful, always smiling and very service minded. A big thank you to Mr. Peronkov in the lobby bar, he is wonderful. Also a big hug and thank you to the beautiful front desk manager Radost, she is always smiling and made our holiday wonderful. Hotel Kristal is a really nice hotel with a wonderful staff, but there are some things that could be better. By the pool there are two kinds of sun beds, the grey with mesh which are very good, and the white in plastic which are hard and uncomfortable. Please replace the white ones with the grey type, no one are using the white sun beds as long as there are grey sun beds free. There are signs several places saying that sun bed reservation is NOT allowed and towels put out for reservation will be removed by the pool guard. Some guest don't care, round 9 o'clock in the morning most of the good beds are reserved, but no one is using them. Pool guard, PLEASE remove towels put out to reserve sun beds! During our two weeks here, this never happened. We will for sure come back to Hotel Kristal, we really love this hotel and it's wonder staff.

Fabulous time at this hotel. George from the animation team was superb... Waterpolo was amazing fun... Great with the Children and very accomadating to our family and knew us all by name. He worked tirelessly to keep us entertained and engaged throughout our stay. We started our visit out of season and it was lovely and peaceful. Through out the visit it got busier which was great. The food was lovely especially the pancakes! We loved the variety. Everyone was helpful and the hotel is spotlessly clean! Would love for there to be more lifts as we had a buggy and there's quite a few stairs. Very eager to clear plates and the cocktails on all inclusive ( green band) need updating and to be more flavourful as Can often be overpowered by spirit measument. Overall a fantastic visit and we would be back.

Can recommend Review of Hotel Kristal Pending reviewvia mobile My fiances grandparents invited 7 of us on a 1 week vacation to Bulgaria for celebration on their gold wedding. I was staying in the standard twin room with my fiance. Fitting for 2 people. The view from the room was okay, most of our view was blocked by a tree but the view was still pleasant and good view of nature, it wasn't too noisy out on the balcony. On the website it does say that it's 450meters from the beach, this is sadly not true it's more 800-1000meters depending on the route you take, which is still pretty close and the walk there is also nice with a lot of little shops and restaurants. Room 4/5 The room was nice and spacious, the layout common to all hotels I've been to. However the door to the bathroom was interfering with the toilet and came very close to the seat since the toilet was more or less behind the door. There was a lot of cabinet space to put your clothes if you were to unpack your suitcase while you stayed. Our room had 1 mirror in the hallway, one in the room and 2 in the bathroom, one of which being a small move able mirror for easy access to put on makeup etc. Was very convenient. Sadly our balcony did face straight out to a tree so we couldn't see the ocean, even though we did face it. We could only see glimpses through the leaves and branches. Elevators 1/5 The elevators were the absolute worst part of the hotel. The elevator seemed to have a life of its own going up and down and both elevators going to the same floor and then either stopping at all floors or not stopping at any. We also had both elevators come to our floor at the same time when we wanted to go down. They stopped and stayed for about 15 seconds, then went back down without opening to let us go down. Bar(s) 4/5 The bars were all great, even though the quality of the drinks were a little lower, the staff did put plenty of alcohol in them. Much different to most places! Pool & surrounding areas 4/5 There were 3 pools, 1 for small kids and 2 other ones with different depths. 135cm and 155cm. The pools had a nice size and depth to them, they were clean and maintained with a nice water temperature. However it lacked pool activities like a water slide or water games like a goal etc. And playing with a ball in the pool was listed as prohibited. The areas around the pool were amazing. There were a lot of sunbeds and parasols +trees for extra shade. There were also plenty of tables and space for it all. Without any real need to fight over the sunbed spots. Sadly the pool already closes at 18.00 which is rather early. Restaurant/Food 3/5 The food was ok, most of the days were the same food just slight differences, but a lot of the stuff was overcooked or undercooked. Though the staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Reception and cleaning staff 3/5 We arrived late with our bus and lunch time was almost over, so the reception hurried us along to get lunch before checking i

All-in pas si all-in que ça…
