SH Dolce Vita- All Inclusive - Free Aquapark & Beach

The hotel exceeded all expectations. Clean, luxurious, great service. The room was cleaned every day. I left 1 lev as a tip. Every day a bottle of mineral water and bags of tea and coffee were brought to the room. There was an electric kettle, I brewed it and drank with a cigarette on the balcony. The room has everything you need. The beds are large and comfortable. All-inclusive includes unlimited food and drinks for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as at any time in the lobby bar. A shuttle runs to the beach every half hour. There were almost always seats. The beach has free sun loungers and umbrellas and a bar with soft drinks and beer. The food is beyond praise. Loved the lamb and duck. One day out of six there were shrimp, two days there were mussels. At the Bulgarian restaurant I liked the eggplant caviar and stuffed peppers, as well as the moussaka. Two swimming pools with sun loungers and umbrellas, but we always preferred the sea. Not just great animation, but a show program in the evenings. Responsive and friendly staff. We arrived at night and were supposed to check in only at 2 p.m. But at 9.00 they offered us a room with a better view, since ours was released later. Many thanks to the girl at the reception for this, because until 9.00 we slept on the sofas in the hall, which, by the way, were very comfortable. I liked everything - from the smell in the lobby to the lack of queues for the elevators and in the restaurant. We will definitely come again!

Generally a very good hotel. In my opinion, it deserves 4 stars. To summarize some important aspects: the room is spacious and comfortable, there is a fridge with drinks included in the price (2 beers, water, Coke and Sprite) (topped up every day if they are drunk). Bathroom with large shower and basic toiletries. The external balcony does not give a sense of intimacy and it is difficult to relax there. The hotel itself is the perfect size for the number of guests it can accommodate. There is no crowd or empty feeling. Of course, sometimes there are no sunbeds due to "reservation" with a towel standing empty for half the day. The swimming pools are very nice, there is a mini aqua park for the youngest ones. There is a 25m swimming pool, perfect for swimming, and an additional one on the lower level for playing for younger and older children. The food is ok as long as you don't eat everything every time. Because 80% of the time it's the same at every meal every day. So all you need to do is eat something different every day and you can really eat tasty food. There are always a lot of vegetables and fruits, average ice cream and sweets also not crazy. But be careful with alcohol! You can get drunk... And quickly. When we asked for a double whiskey with ice, we got a whole glass of about 150 ml... The hotel has an exchange office, a shop, a spa and several ************* and a billiards table. We also used the "gym" twice, but this is one of the weaker points. 5 machines, a treadmill and a bike, a set of dumbbells that I'm afraid to use and a ping pong table... You have to make a reservation if you want to use it. The beach is far from the hotel, but this should not surprise those who book the hotel. It is ok. There are sunbeds and umbrellas included in the price, there is sand and sea... Nothing else. Overall, the service was very nice, both in the canteen and at the bars. The group of animators is very nice - they do a good job. I recommend the hotel to people who want to spend time relaxing in the pool and drinking strong alcohol, who are not looking for what is "weak" in the hotel, but just want to have fun. It's the holidays, you have to be happy that you can go abroad and not wear a mask all the time in the era of Covid.

Unfortunately not a 4 star... The only positive point was the apartment for 6 people. that we had, even if there were only 4 of us. Not enough deckchairs at the swimming pool, the sea with the golden sand disaster, no bar at the beach you have to take the drinks which are in the fridge in the room, very, very poor quality food, restaurant not clean, covid rules not respected....we regret the choice we made (10 adults with 6 children)

Very nice hotel. Very beautiful swimming pool. Buffet more than adequate...top massages...really very pleasant private beach....staff almost all friendly. Nice and large room. Location 10 minutes walk from the beach and the center. I recommend

The Dolce Vita lives off the splendor of times gone by and is now neither up to date in terms of substance nor service. Beach: In 2023 the beach will be around 2 kilometers away at the Hotel Admiral. There is a shuttle bus between 9 a.m. and 12 noon and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. It holds around 16 people. With 720 guests you can well imagine the chaos, if not..... see pictures. Pool: Around 15 children fall on their noses on the smooth tiles every day. I personally witnessed 2 cuts IN THE WATER. Lounger capacity around 25% of occupancy. Here again chaos and alarm clocks that make you throw in the towel. Food: The food is monotonous, but OK. 2 coffee machines that don't work entirely flawlessly are far too few, as are the available seats. There are 320 restaurant seats for around 750-800 visitors. No problem, but ultimately the time window in the morning and evening is 60-80 minutes, otherwise you'll be left empty-handed either at the pool or in the event room. If you arrive late, you'll watch the children's disco standing up because there aren't enough seats outside. Children's buffet...... see pictures. Service: There are motivated employees. The assistants in particular are trying hard to get the chaos at the tables under control. All inclusive shows its full negative side here..... rarely have we seen so many overfilled waste plates. The crew at the bar and the restaurant manager were also positive. Otherwise the service is poor. Reception is manned, but facial expressions and body language are annoyed to the point of rejection. Our return flight is late and so we were asked days in advance about a late check-out. Answer: Can only be booked 24 hours in advance. 24 hours before departure then: It's not possible, you're almost fully booked and can't change the room layout at such short notice. Repeat guests told us: It used to be different and better. Corona has left deep marks here. The management was/is unable to adapt to the changed conditions and guests. They just let it "run its course". There is definitely potential for improvement, 2 additional shuttles, higher seating in front of the children's disco, use of the second restaurant, purchase of additional coffee machines. But it costs money and the majority of the guests present during our visit don't seem to care. They are used to it and the main thing is that the plates are full... even when clearing away. This is our first and last visit. You are constantly stressed about appointments, constantly jostling for seats and the long way to the beach means you are totally inflexible. Yes, sorry, I just like things to be a bit more organized and if I book 4 stars then I expect a slightly higher level of service than the mixture of outdoor pool, snack bar and youth hostel.

We finished our week's holiday at the Dolce Vita hotel. In my opinion, the hotel definitely deserves 4*. Large, spacious rooms, cleaned every day. The view from room 701 is fabulous. Phenomenal swimming pools, a paddling pool for children, a large swimming pool (25 m) and a water playground. There are enough sunbeds for each. The bus goes to the beach every 30 minutes and returns from the beach every 30 minutes. The hotel offers animations every day, a mini disco for children in the evenings, and a mini disco for other guests after 9 p.m. The food was very good, varied. One could say that it was repetitive, but for us it was not a problem. Of course, if someone looks for minuses, they will find them, but that's not what holidays are for. I sincerely recommend it. My only regret is that we didn't buy the 2-week option.

A hotel with great potential, but unfortunately very neglected. We were guests for 11 days in family room no. 101. Dolce Vita is a large complex. There is a shop. Cantor. Mini gym. Spa. Large spacious family rooms with a separate bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. There was a fridge in the room, which was replenished every day with bottled water, beer and juice. A thermal bag is available in each room. Beach towels were already waiting for us in the room. The room was cleaned every day, but without any sympathy. Hotel beach with sunbeds and umbrellas in the Imperial part of the complex, which takes about 5 minutes to walk to. The hotel surroundings are quiet. Right next to the bus stop. On the first day, the room was not cleaned completely, after a shower there was a lot of hair in the drain, and there was poop in the toilet - a tragedy! The quilt in the room stank of piss. Towels were often replaced with dirty, stained and torn ones. Room 101 is the only one in the entire hotel, with a direct exit from the balcony door to the public terrace, so it was impossible to leave it open overnight. During the day, when we were in the room because our daughter was sick (food poisoning), other guests entered through the open balcony door, confusing our door with the hotel entrance. Zero comfort. My husband slept on the floor because the fold-out sofa was a disaster. Mold on the ceiling. There is often a race in the canteen. If we didn't arrive at the beginning of the meal, there was often a shortage of cutlery and food and we had to wait for a table. I came across sour vegetables several times. The meat is often hard and simply inedible. Smoking Germans in restaurants is also the norm. The ladies in the canteen were tired and could barely cope. The dishwasher, wearing wet clothes, drove around the room with a trolley, delivering clean plates. Only pizza and fruit, always on point and delicious. We went to the snack bar once, on our last day, and that was one time too many. There were raw potatoes in the chicken stew, wings smelling of old, rotten meat, the peppers on the salad bar were pickled and stinking, the tomatoes looked like children were playing sensoriplasty, the red cabbage was already dry with brown spots, and the same was true of the iceberg lettuce. Totally. After my comment, the cook took away what was inedible. But she muttered something dissatisfied under her breath, so I'm not sure that the dishes weren't back in a moment. Pools are crap. Dirty floor. Pool walls black with algae. Floating leaves and garbage are standard. The water in the children's section is simply green and dirty. Splash only works from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. No sun loungers unless you arrive at the pool before 9 a.m. Hotel guests smoking everywhere, even in the children's rooms. The hotel beach is a picture of a battle. Broken sun loungers. Falling mattresses. Umbrellas torn. A lot of garbage, pets, sanitary pads, clothes and bottle caps. Drinks from the all-inclusive offer are not allowed on the beach (even though we received such an offer). In the morning, a queue at the reception for tickets to the beach.
