Nous séjournons actuellement dans ce SUPERBE HOTEL. Les équipements de l'hôtel sont au dela de nos espérances. Le personnel est à l'écoute est sympathique, Les chambres sont très bien, propreté irréprochable. La nourriture quoi que répétitive est bonne. Un hôtel ou nous retournerions les yeux fermés. Estelle

Nous avons séjourné une semaine en mai dans cet hôtel. Bel hôtel, très calme et propre La situation de l’hôtel est en bout de promenade, la plage se situe en face de l’hôtel. Grâce à notre chambre située aux étages supérieurs nous avons eu droit à un transat en bois avec des coussins, le top ! Transats nombreux et pas réservés ! Mais nous étions hors saison La chambre est agréable, très propre, plusieurs oreillers et des couettes en plus (a notre arrivée il faisait froid et nous avons apprécié ) Belle salle de douche Rien à redire si ce n’est le personnel pas très souriant (tradition bulgare ???) Attention, pas de piscine extérieure hormis l’infinity pool qui est au 5 ème étage et qui je crois est réservée à certaines chambres Sinon une piscine intérieure au spa Pas très adapté pour des familles avec enfants. Restauration correcte mais sans plus, pas très renouvelée Restaurant très agréable surtout la terrasse. En ce qui concerne les animations en soirée, elles se font dans le bar qui est séparé par une porte mobile. Très mauvaise acoustique, le lieu n’est pas adapté pour des concerts ou autres spectacle et cela devient très vite insupportable et il y fait très chaud. A revoir

Temzlik konusundan tutun da yemek kalitesine, içecek kalitesine, havuz kalitesine, aklınıza gelen her konuda ellerinden gelenin en iyisini yapmışlar. Hayır kelimesini bilmeyen ve sizleri her türlü memnun etmeyi hedeflemiş güler yüzlü bir personel topluluğu var otelde. Öncelikle rezarvasyonda ve fiyat konusunda bizlere yardımcı olan bayan Spassovaya, Resepsiyonda bizleri güleryüzlü karşılayan ve uğurlayan bayan Gabrile ve bayan Teodoraya, daha sonra loby barda bizleri şımartan ve hizmet konusunda en iyi şeklide ağırlayan Samuil, Mitko, Evgeni, Alexandra, Aexandar ve Veselin'e, Ala kart restorandaki tüm servis elemanlarına ve tabii ki de bizlere bu imkanı sağlayan tüm Grifid Encanto Beach ailesine sonsuz teşekkürü bir borç biliriz. Très bon hôtel avec quelques points a améliorer. points positifs, accueil, service plage, bar et restauration , restauration varié, service de chambre bien fait, bonne situation pour se promener, Points à améliorer, literie car impossible de dormir une nuit entière avec mal de dos au réveil chambre 427, entretien piscine intérieur car trouvé mèche de cheveux à l'ouverture, répondre au mail envoyer 10 jours avant pour notre arrivée pour anniversaire sans réponse Nous espérons revenir l'année prochaine

I had the best time at Griffid Encanto !! The level of service was above and beyond my expectation...having worked in 5* hotel for several years in London, that says a lot ! Everyone is so kind and always give the best service with a big smile. The bedroom was spaceful and clean, always warm water in the shower and good pressure. The drinks in the different bars are very tasteful, the main restaurant offers diverse choices for all taste, even vegan and healthy options. The seats on the terrace outside offers beautiful view on the sea.The spa is a little gem...a huge swimming pool with warm water, sauna, steam room...so relaxing. I booked the relax massage done by Tanya and it was perfect, I tend to be very tense in the neck and shoulders area and she has done some magic !! The sandy beach is lovely as well with the beach bar at hand to get beverages and food. And finally, the infinity pool !! I am out of words...this is definitely the treasure of this hotel...the view from there is speechless!! I did not had a dip though as 15° is too cold for me unfortunately, but I could spend hours there just enjoying the view with a drink listening at the sounds of the wave. My only regret aboit my stay is that I could not stay longer A big shout out to everyone working at the hotel for your amazing service particularly Gabriella at reception for always answering my questions with a big smile and kindness, Dylan (Didi) at animation team and Tanya at Spa for the amazing massage. Will definitely come back for a longer stay this time.

We had a very pleasent stay at Encanto Beach. The food is not very diverse but it is tasteful, the beverages are very good and the serving in the lobby bar is perfect. There aren't many facilities for kids but the hotel is really nice for couples. The only displeasure that I encountered is related to the front desk receptionist that should have helped us with the check in but fortunately the manager stepped in and solved the problem swiftly.

We choose Grifid Encanto beach hotel for our vacation four times already. Because of the hotel itself, because of the friendly staff working there, because of the view of the room (a concept room). I recommend it!

Les normes de HACCP pour la température des aliments ne sont pas respectés. Par exemple à midi la paëla et les frites étaient tièdes et cela tout juste à l'ouverture du restaurant. Où est la responsabilité du chef de cuisine ?
