Rooms are fine, can't say the same about bathroom. No chance to have a good food there. Hotel should have 2 or 3 star's not 4. Very disappointed. All inclusive but no chance to have something between lunch and Dinner because Bulgarians neighbours nearly fight who will be first near pizza and take more food

In Zeiten von COVID-19 kann ich das Hotel empfehlen. Hygiene und Sauberkeit top. Das Essen und insbesondere die Getränke sind für den günstigen all Inclusive Preis sehr gut. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich. Hotel liegt ca 200m Luftliene vom Strand entfernt was aber den Vorteil der größeren Ruhe hat. Zimmer sind wie auf den Hotelbildern und werden täglich gereinigt.

Absolutely disastrous area around the pool (I have alarming photographs, which I can't upload as it won't allow me to upload them, but will happily send them on a request), children water slide and ice cream box mouldy, massive queues for food of which warm selection was to pick from 4 (for all inclusive I would say that is not enough especially if 1 was only close to edible). Staff was unpleasant, unhelpful and looked upset the whole time apart from women housekeeping whom I am giving the star as room was very clean, tidied daily and also a decent size.

The main disadvantage is that the hotel is a little far from the sea, moreover there are reserved areas of other resorts which you have to walk around in order to have access to the beach

The whorst experience I ever had in Bulgaria. This hotel is very well promoted but with some fake pictures , the food is orible very very poor . Is my second night from 7 and I am going out for lunch and dinner with all inclusive payd. The food is well known what is all inclusive but I did not found something good in 2 days and the food is reused for 2 days in row with small ajustment changing the sos. Chicken test like fish orrible , pasta cold extremly cold, soup no taste and no meat even is posted as soup with pork dices. Ruth or extremley ruth receptionist night receptionist . One towell for 4 persons, pool to small and drinks open bottles for days. I can continue this list but better no. No phone in 4 star hotel

Nous ne sommes pas exigent quand le prix est raisonnable, mais la! Horrible expérience nous avons demandé à être relogé au bout de 3 jours, ce n est tout au plus qu un 2 étoiles ! Pour un 4*qui vante sur ces photos des chambres correctes, nous nous sommes retrouvés ds une vraie grotte avec un minuscule balcon ou tient la clim ( qui chauffe) et une chaise. On mc a demandé 400 euros pour une autre chambre. La nourriture est mauvaise les règles d hygiène n'y sont pas, le froid est chaud et le chaud est froid. La piscine est petite et tout est sale, et tellement seule et glissante que ma fille est tombée et s'est fait très mal.. Seul l'entrée de l'hôtel est rénové donne un bon effet. Ok pas très cher mais ne faites pas croire grâce à vos photos à du rêve! Aucun français comme un peu partout, ok pas grave.. peu aimable. Nous avons été relogé au Mirabelle rien à voir bien, 4* étoiles mais cette fois aucune déception ! L hôtel est entouré d hôtels, on étouffe, et on est loin de tout ( 20 mn plage et commerces). Je déconseille vivement !

Amazing hotel friendly staff, Good for teenagers my are 14 and 17, Food lovely. Good location too. Definitely will be back soon hopefully. Missing it already. Thanks for lovely holiday, Staff go out of there way to help.
