Самый ужасный отдых в моей жизни.Отель на четыре звезды никак не тянет.Номер маленький, кондиционер не давал холод вообще, малюсенький холодильник тоже.Душевая кобинка протекала,после душа вся ванная комната в воде.Швабры в номере не было,пришлось вытирать своим полотенцем.Унитаз тоже протекал,из за этого запах канализации,дверь в туалет открытой нельзя было оставлять.В номере убрали один раз за восемь дней,постель и полотенца не поменяли ни разу.Сначала дали номер у бассейна,но там было так шумно и пахло хлоркой,что мы попросили поменять номер.Везде всё грязное.Персонал ,как на каторге,недовольный и всем своим видом показывает ,как им всё надоело.Бассейны красивые ,лежаки все заняты с утра.Запах у бассейна ужасный с очистных.Еды вроде много в ресторане,но большая часть еды не вкусная.Ребёнок подхватил энтерит через два дня.Может в бассейне,может от воды с автоматов, наверное она нефильтрованная.Я после ужина сразу почувствовала себя плохо и два дня пролежала с сильным отравлением.После этого ели и пили только с супермаркета напротив.Кстати, персонал тоже покупал напитки в бутылках в магазине для себя.Это о чём то говорит.До этого отдыхали в отеле две звёзды,отель и питание были в разы достойней.Очень расстроена,отдых был испорчен.По приезду домой почитала отзывы.Оказывается проблемы с кондиционером почти в каждом отзыве.Многие тоже переболели кишечной палочкой.Не советую этот отель.

The hotel itself is fine in my opinion, the rooms are average in the three-star standard, the food is fine, but we encountered an unpleasant situation that happened to me for the first time in my life. The cleaning ladies "cleaned" every day, the cleaning looked like they gave new towels, wiped the floor slightly in the room and nothing else, the bathroom was not moved. When the ladies came to us once when we were in the room, we went to the balcony so that they had freedom in cleaning, my boyfriend left coins and wallet on the bedside table because he forgot about it, but we would not think that the lady who cleans could steal something, and yet the cleaning lady (low black with long hair) called me into the room and asked if she could take the coins that were on the cupboard, I said no and I wanted to give her some chocolates, she said she didn't want to and left. When she left, we saw that the wallet was missing 60 lions. There is no other way than theft. The day before at 4 pm we took pictures of the money as a souvenir and we didn't go shopping until the end of the day, we only went down to dinner and also without money. In the morning also only breakfast and pool so where would we spend it. Of course, we went to the reception, they say it's impossible, they didn't even ask which cleaning lady, I understand that it can't be proven anymore because we weren't in the room then we were only on the balcony but not even to ask who it is or anything? We said that we don't want her to do that to anyone again and that that's all we care about and they still didn't say it was impossible, the "boss" couldn't even speak English, she only showed us that she wasn't responsible for the money left outside the safe and that it was impossible to steal . Well, who knows if she stole anything else while we were out of this room. The cleaning lady, of course, denied shouting at us in Bulgarian when we didn't understand anything, at times I thought she was going to hit me. A very sad situation for us and the first time I encountered something like this. Be careful while there and hide anything valuable.

hotel worth recommending, great young staff but very professional. clean hotel, rooms cleaned every day. food very good, alcohols in the option everything in the price good / from champagne through gin and vodka to tequila, average drinks. The hotel is nicely maintained and interestingly arranged architecturally, close to the center and the beach

Dirty hotel, lack of food and how it was of poor quality, rooms not cleaned, swimming pools neglected, old hotel with a miserable neighborhood. For most of the stay, the room will be poisoned, the tap water in the dispensers will taste like slurry. Cracked tiles, lots of sharp edges. The maids don't clean, they don't bring toilet paper, they don't change sheets or towels. You can forget about general cleaning. Cobwebs everywhere and dirt on the floors. The hotel does not pay attention to young people who party on the balconies until 4-5 in the morning. TUI should read this. The car park at 330 rooms offers about 12 places, and you have to pay 22 LEVY per day!!

The hotel is not prepared to receive a large number of guests. Long queues in the restaurant due to the fact that there are too few stands with dishes, even if you wait in line for something, there is no certainty that you will eat a given dish, constant shortages of desserts, fruit, from dispensers after some time only water was flowing instead of drinks, frequent shortages of glasses and forks - a man waits 15 minutes until they will kindly bring clean cutlery. People put food on the power and then half of it goes to the bin. When it comes to the taste of the food, it's not bad, the pizza made on the spot deserves a big plus, as long as you have the patience to stand in line to get it. After a while the restaurant was getting dirty with food on the floor and spilled drinks. In bars, drinks are served in plastic small cups (0.2), and beer is watered down. The cups could swim in the pool and no one cleaned it up. The pools are nice overall but finding a free sun lounger is not possible unless you get up at 5am and grab one. The staff does nothing about this fact, we only managed to get free sunbeds at 11 o'clock once in a week's stay. Fortunately, there is another swimming pool at the back of the hotel, which probably not many people know about because you could lie there. WC by the pools - this crap is better not to describe. The rooms are generally nice, the beds comfortable and that's about it. Bathroom not cleaned. The air conditioning barely cooled it. The room cleaning crew only took out the garbage, sheets and towels changed only once, bathroom not cleaned even once and no toilet paper apart from two rolls to start. The actual distance to the beach is about 350m by taking a shortcut up the stairs. In general, we are not satisfied with our stay in this hotel, the situation was saved only by nice weather and a beautiful beach.
