Very easy to find, nice quiet place with wonderful rooms

Left a brand new charger behind to be told wasn’t there. Can’t say that cleaners pocketed it but very disappointing. Owners said they’d call if found, a local family member was allowed to look in room a few hours later & it wasn’t there. Lack of trust after a good experience.

We only stayed one night but had an amazing stay. Everything was clean, spacious and the staff were fantastic! Loved that we had a laundry and they provided liquid it let us get all our stuff from the past week washed. Only negatives are Netflix and casting wouldn't work on the TV and the queen bed was two beds pushed together so the middle was hard and lumpy.

Staff on check in were helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. Rooms were surprisingly spacious and well laid out. Very easy to spend a few days there with a full size kitchen. Could probably do with just a few more kitchen tools/implements, but otherwise, excellent! Our room at the back was quiet. Housekeeping staff were unobtrusive and also very helpful. Great place to stay and will go back

Great location and friendly check-in service and the overall, the first impression wasn't too bad. But from there it all went a bit downhill. The aircon was on but could not be adjusted at all. The remote control displayed a flashing clock and nothing else. Could not adjust any settings or even simply turn on / off. The apartment was hot and stuffy which meant an uncomfortable night with little sleep. The bed in the smaller bedroom had what looked and felt like crumbs all in the bed when the top sheet was pulled back. Between that and the heat, I slept on the bed rather than in the bed. Travel partner had the main bedroom with ensuite. Also didn't sleep well due to the heat but also was woken after midnight by the apartment above. All their foot steps on the floor could be heard and water draining down from their shower at 1am woke us again sounding like we had a water leak in our apartment. The shower head and one of the sink taps in the ensuite badly wobbled when touched. Tired using the QR code for the Quest Compendium to gain information about the property and its services etc but it errored every time and wouldn't work. Was going to pass on feedback when checking out but we were so tired we just wanted to start the journey home so we left about 30mins before Reception opened for the day.

This property was booked for me through work. The apartment is fully kitted out with all the cooking things, a washing machine and a dryer. There is one air conditioner unit which is located in the lounge - the furthest end from the bedrooms. Thankfully I was in the place by myself so could leave the doors open and sleep but during summer this would be very bad if you had multiple people in the apartment. The wifi was also terrible and constantly dropping out. I had to hotspot from my phone for the entire week. The check in process was very easy. Friendly reception. Location is average. It is a decent walk to anywhere reasonable for food/drinks but there is a servo and fish/chip shop close for those only staying a single night.

Property is well located on main road yet quiet, we found the property is not maintained as before with noticble damage to quipment and doorways, etc.

Room was clean and comfortable and had all the benefits of having a kitchen/lounge and meals area which was great when you have young children travelling with you. Location was a short drive to City of Bendigo and shops

The kitchen had issues eg microwave & stovetop not working, no cutting knives ie. food prep and cooking options were less than ideal Only discovered this after hours and placed a call. No returned call / no after hours assistance provided.
