Hot tub close for good after booking which is why we booked. Have stayed several times prior. Tiled over hot tub. They have now updates it to indicate no hot tub.

They provided a late check out due to my business meeting schedule, great establishment

This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in years. The staff were amazing; friendly and helpful. The room was really clean and well maintained. I stay in hotels at least once a month, more during summer soccer season and this hotel really impressed me, especially for being a middle level chain.

The pool and hot tub were broken and had been for a month and a half. We booked this hotel instead of staying at the same hotel as our friends because of the pool since we had our kids with us. Should have been informed before our stay or gotten a discounted rate.

Had a two night stay for a hockey tournament. Clean rooms, convenient location and polite staff. Great restaurants nearby is a plus.

The room and hotel were clean, however we weren't able to get until AFTER 3:00, which 3;00 is check in time. While we were waiting they continued to check in about 10 more families, who all had rooms that were ready. Eventually they got us a room but it was almost 30 min past check in and we had a very tight timeline for dinner and concert. Created a stressful situation. Also, I was there in early April for another concert and their hot tub was broken. When I checked in this weekend it was either still broken or broken again, bit it was not available for use.

We booked this hotel for it’s hot tub and Tesla charger. Come to find out the hot tub is broken and they don’t have plans to fix it due to the amount of money it will cost. The Tesla charger don’t work, when we asked about it we were told well they are on, maybe it’s tour car. We were also double charged for our rooms. When we explained that we already made a down payment when we booked the hotel the person said well I don’t see it. Also the doors didn’t close properly so anyone could get into your room. I would not recommend this hotel at all to anyone.

This hotel property was extremely quiet, not very many other people were staying at the hotel by the looks of the cars parked in the parking lot. We were a little nervous seeing the train tracks so close to the property; however, we did not hear any trains go by during our two night stay. Otherwise the room was a decent size for our family of 5 and relatively clean. Other than seeming a bit odd that the hotel hardly had any guests there, it seemed like great accomodations.

Was given a room that was not vacated or still dirty from previous people. Hot tub not working. Then the power went out when I needed to get ready for a event I was attending and was out for a while.

Building was very clean. Housekeeping was mediocre for the room: only happens a few days a week and when they came they took old towels, didn't replace them and no fresh cups for coffee. Would have loved the attention to detail to avoid having to go hunt down my own supplies. Hot tub was out of order the whole stay which was disappointing to say the least. Breakfast was good-hot and fresh.
