This hotel seems better online than in person and after speaking with the staff I blame management. The pool is renovated or something it is not the same as in the pictures and it is not heated. The equipment in the gym is dysfunctional and unable to operate properly which could result in injury. Please advise corporate or management to fix what's falsely advertised, please and thank you. (Picture with closed roof is the recent one and the pool was refrigeration cold )

Personally, I did not like the breakfast. It needs meat selections and fruit such as apples, oranges or bananas.

Dirty as heck. Requested room service for 4 straight days before anyone did anything about it moved me. Dead roaches, dirty tube, dirty carpet, poop on floor, snot on the wall. Have picture of it all and video
