Staying here for work since January and still here today…I love the suite that I’m residing, spacious and clean. Sam is a good manager and so as Helen who cooked breakfast for everyone. I love this place, I’m recommending this hotel to my friends

Very friendly staff. Alexus, who greeted us on arrival was wonderful. The two bedroom suite was great. It was very roomy, clean with comfortable beds. Breakfasts were good, especially on the weekends when they set up the waffle makers.If I return to Goldsboro, I will definitely try to stay there.

When I arrived the person in front of me got my room. He stated he had no more rooms. I demanded to see the manager and he found a room. Thirty minutes after gwtting to room the family sitting area AC went out with error. The front desk came and relay from error message that AC would have to be reprogrammed and would do it tomorrow morning. I was slated to stay two nights. The bedroom was cool overnight. The main area and bathroom was humid and stuffy. I packed and checked out. I was able to hear road noise and cars starting start8ng at 5 AM. Front desk person was empathetic and provided a 70$ rate adjus**ent. The room was not worth what I paid to be miserable.

This property is very outdated and needs lots of work! Everything is very old and things need replacing and repair. Max at the front desk is AWESOME!! Very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very mediocre. Will stay somewhere else next time I’m in Goldsboro.

It's a nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but that's about it. Don't bother about the free breakfast; it's not worth the effort. Food is served in a 4 x 6 room, with two items that were supposed to be hot but were cold. I cannot say much about my room, room 302, on February 9 - 10, 2024. The carpet was torn up, to the point I was walking back from the restroom, my toe caught a huge hole in the carpet, and I went flying down on my knees; my left knee had rug burns, and the ride home started to be extremely painful, two days, its still painful to the point Im limping. I cannot understand a hotel that would leave carpet in this condition. There were over four different areas with cut or worn carpets. The ceiling in my bedroom had huge water stains on it, as well as a huge plaster patch. Your health and well-being may be an issue until this hotel is brought up to Marriott standards.

Max greeted us upon arrival and was awesome. The room had a smell to it and he addressed it quickly. He assured me he would either give us another room if we were not satisfied. So pleasant and accommodating. You don't always get that from hotel staff.

Max is so accommodating. He even called to confirm that we were happy with the room etc. They also have a delicious breakfast. The rooms were very clean. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Goldsboro.
