I only used the spa here as we passed the ladies from the spa out on the beach doing massages. I went in and had a back neck and shoulders massage one day and a baldness massage the next. Both were excellent!! Strong ladies and a great massage I could really feel her working my muscles. I felt amazing afterwards. Desy was a fantastic masseuse I would highly recommend this hotels spa.

The hotel is located in a very suitable position. Staff from the booking department are terrible. You need to wait at the dining area for more than 15 minutes to be cross checked with the booking department before you can go in for a meal. The reception is useless and totally dependent on the booking department. There is lack of flexibility even for guests that are regular. Food is always the same. The conference rooms are on the groundfloor with lack of air and no windows. The water served in the conference room is always of room temperature, even during the hot weather. Piece of advice, dont go to this hotel. Not worth at all for organzing any event, because your reputation as organizer will be lost conpletely

Good, clean and comfortable hotel. Well appointed with plenty of seating and sun loungers. Buffet was plentiful with a good selection but although vegetables and salads were excellent, fish and meat was consistently overcooked. Odd not to have bathroom facilities on the ground floor where the restaurant, bar and reception are situated. A lot more information needs to be given about which bars were included in the all inclusive package and which were not. Similarly information about a la carte restaurants was not given.

Angefangen hat es beim Check In, ich hatte eine schriftliche Bestätigung das ich zwei Zimmer neben einander habe bei der anreise, sagen Sie mir das es leider nicht möglich wäre. Sondern wollten mich und meine Kinder versetzt in mehren Stöcken einteilen. Nächstens wäre das Essen immer das gleiche, kalt und richt richtig zubereiten sprich die Pommes nicht durch gebraten das Poule ist nicht durch usw. Die Reinigung macht einen ungenügend Job. Für ein ”luxuriöses“ Hotel kann man nicht einmal ein Glass Wasser einfordern sondern es gibt nur Plastikbecher für mich ist es unverschämt diesen Preis zu zahlen und ich würde es niemandem weiterempfehlen.

Het Premium Beach hotel is een aanrader. De kamer was ruim en netjes. Best wel zicht op zee vragen indien mogelijk. Wie een hotel-ervaring verwacht zoals in Spanje en Turkije zal uiteraard wel teleurgesteld zijn. Het hotel is zeker netjes onderhouden en het personeel vriendelijk en bekwaam, maar in eerder genoemde landen zijn er gewoon meer middelen voorhanden om ervoor te zorgen dat de accommodatie en beleving echt "af" is. Zo is er sprake van "wellness & fitness centrum": het wellness gedeelte was in orde, maar de gym was dat niet. Wie zonder verwachtingen naar Albanië vertrekt zal een aangenaam verblijf hebben. Vergelijken heeft gewoon geen zin. Landen als Spanje, Turkije en Griekenland hebben gewoon jaren ervaring op toeristisch gebied. Hoewel het zwembad niet echt groot is, was er plaats genoeg aan het strand. Alle hotels bevinden zich daar langs een promenade waar het 's avonds leuk is te wandelen. Premium Beach bevindt zich aan de uiteinde van de promenade met de meer moderne hotels met meer internationale uitstraling en gasten. Naarmate je verder wandelt, loop je langs de meer "nederige" hotelletjes en het deel van de strand waar vooral de plaatselijke Albanezen een dagje aan het strand komen doorbrengen. Daar vind je ook een aantal restaurants waar je lekker én goedkoop kan eten. All-in is misschien wat overbodig in dit land waar producten nog heel goedkoop te bekomen zijn in de vele supermarkten langs de promenade.

Amazing hotel. Great value for money. Tasty food and drinks. Nice and clean rooms with great sea view. If you are looking for beach holiday, it's a good choice.
