The staff are very hard-working and friendly and the food is very good and cheap in Albsnia. Unfortunately we were given a very basic room for 3 people with a very narrow bathroom, not what we booked.

I recommend this hotel 100%. The rooms are clean, modern, cleaned every day and quite thoroughly. Nice service. It's literally a short walk to the beach, sun loungers are always available, and if you need anything, there's a gentleman to help you find the right spot. There are a lot of negative opinions about the cuisine in the hotel, but after my stay I cannot understand why. The food is very good and please do not read it and do not be influenced by the opinion that it is inedible, on the contrary it is delicious. Huge selection for breakfast and every other meal. Every day there's something different for dinner, breakfast is really monotonous, but with this choice you can eat something different every day. There are 3 swimming pools in the hotel, one outside, the second on the roof of the building and the third inside. Spa area if you want to relax for a while. So if anyone is considering this hotel, it is worth spending a holiday there. PS if someone has a sweet tooth, you will not be disappointed, every evening there is a selection like in a small confectionery shop.

Family stay several negative points: People who are not staying at the hotel have the right to rent deckchairs for the day, these people are disrespectful and very unpleasant they leave their waste on the sand cigarette butts etc very dirty You have to be get up early to get a deckchair at the pool or beach, people reserve them and only come 3/4 hours later I have seen arguments break out on this subject several times! People are rude, not a hello, not a smile, whether it is the hotel staff or the customers. We are not used to this and it is very disturbing. Broken tiles at the swimming pool need to be careful. The staff of the outside restaurant apart from two people, the others very unpleasant we wait a while to order a takeaway pizza without anyone deigning to look at us. Regarding the all in: a train late they are not yet used to this I have the impression, we are served in horrible plastic cups, not wide choice of drinks (gin vodka white/red wine pespi orange and brandy ) no cocktails available. Repetitive meals, lots of vegetables and fruit that aren't always ripe, not great for children who don't eat much chicken, do you want some, and fed up kofta. I spent 2 weeks here, it was enough. Lack of a microwave because the meals were not always very hot or cold. My 5 year old son was allowed a travel cot as a place to sleep! We were on the 5th floor and we asked to change rooms because the music on the roof was unbearable until 1/2 a.m. we thought the sound system was in our room! We changed during the day very reactive on this subject I think we were not the only ones. The young person who gives the beach/pool towels a horror never a hello not a very unpleasant smile!! And I think she is there echoed from the restaurant, this lady also never smiles (red hair) I wanted to order a takeaway pizza she told me to go to reception?! Although I ordered them often and never had any problems. Otherwise positive points we still need some: very nice hotel clean inside the spacious and pretty rooms, very well cleaned (thanks to the housekeepers they are great and very friendly) despite the repetitive spirit of the meals, everything had taste nothing was bad. The man at the swimming pool is super nice, he makes sure that no one comes there with sand and a big shout out to Amina from the all in bar, a very nice, smiling, pleasant little blonde, thank you to her! Beautiful sunset with a bar on stilts (also paying but superb view with the sun setting) music a little too loud we couldn't hear each other talking. Nice walk right in front of the swimming pool with games for children but nothing in the hotel too bad. Everyone leaves their buoys so the children use them every day, the same goes for beach toys. roof t

In terms of the standard of service and rooms, the hotel meets expectations - it is nice, nice, well located, the view from the window (if there is an option to the sea) - brilliant. Elements as complicated as all-in food - tragic, 95% of the food - inedible (the cheapest possible products, as if the hotel restaurant was run by some kind of local ladybug pushing leftovers from the market) - which is interesting because the second, The hotel's paid restaurant serves delicious food. If you are prepared to stay without food or a drink bar (which is worse than in 2007 in cheap Tunisian hotels), you will have a nice time. If someone pays for the all-inclusive option, they will drive a lot and still eat out so as not to be hungry... in general, I do not recommend it, you can find better options a few meters away
