Service was fast. Good hot food and clean

The mountain view room I booked faced the parking lot, but I didn't get a room facing the garden.

An upgraded version of the motel, with average conditions and facilities, average breakfast, but good health conditions, a good environment and a good location. There are supermarkets and pharmacies nearby, making shopping convenient.

The hotel is located by the seaside. The room is large, clean and tidy. There is a free parking lot. The room price is cheap and good. It is worth recommending.

The location of the hotel is good and it is convenient to travel. There is an elevator. Breakfast has a variety of bread, juice, coffee and milk, which is generally good. The price is slightly higher.

Hotel was clean, quiet, easy access. Rooms are a little dark, not much natural light. Comfortable beds, nice outdoor seating area, adequate breakfast.

Location was accessible and easy for my meetings nearby. There was no hot water for showers so was a bit disappointed in a cool to warm shower. I know there is construction going on so it might be part of it. Staff are great!

The best place to stay in Goleta without breaking the bank. And the free breakfast! It's a good decent breakfast that will feed a busy family. I've stayed at other Best Westerns and this location is the BEST breakfast. Also the location is walking distance from grocery stores and restaurants.. and two min drive to the freeway. Stay here. You won't regret it!

We had large spider's crawling around on the floor and in the pull out couch bed. It actually scared my 10 year daughter into tears. We found out it was a black widow spider that i killed and brought up to the front desk. They switched our room, but no discount for our inconvenience was given.

The place is average but location is ideal. My only complaint was housekeeping waking me up at 8:30 by knocking to see if room was occupied and there was a long hair on my clean hand towel. But, inexpensive and good location.

I caught a cold because the hot water temperature in the shower was abnormally low. The water pressure in the toilet was low and it took 5 minutes for the water to fill.
