We had a lovely stay in Casa Roland Golfto. It was central for us to visit local national parks. The pools are great and you can look out and watch the scarlet macaws, toucans and other wildlife. The staff were very good apart from a mix up with a food order then the kitchen and bar staff went cold on us for the duration of our stay. ( even though we paid the total bill )
Rooms clean, good car park area. Breakfast was very local and not really to our taste.

Stayed at this beautiful hotel for two nights. Very clean and comfortable and excellent friendly staff. Beautiful swimming pools and tennis courts, also pool tables. For those into fitness there is a Gym on the property with all sorts of equipment for exercising. Ipad size safe in the room. WIFI, breakfast, and onsite parking included. Would definately return someday....hopefully for a longer stay.

This hotel was a totally swamp. nothing like the advertising pictures. No hot water, coffee, poor lighting in the room. I reserved a room with two bed and they inform me they don't have any rooms with two bed. I was force to rent additional room. total disappointment.

Es un lugar tranquilo, limpio y confortable, con numerosas obras de arte para apreciar, y espacios abiertos para entretenerse. La gente es muy amable y servicial. Lo único que extraño es el menú anterior, en especial los postres que eran increíbles.

Enjoyed our 3nights everything was good. The only complaint we had was one dinner we ordered was not as described. Babbyback ribs. The potatoes were not cooked the corn was discussing. The service was great. Breakfast could be a little more real meat and healthy bread choices. But it was still good. Service at the pool was fun and friendly. Love the new venue. We come once a yr. for a get away. Truely enjoyed this trip.

Nos pareció un hotel muy bonito, tan sólo mejorar algunos detalles: El a/c de la habitación hacía un poco de ruido, el personal es amable y es abundante, yo creería que con un poco más de organización del personal se puede elevar aún más la limpieza y calidad de todo el hotel ya que el personal se siente contento, amable y dispuesto. La comida muy buena, la piscina espectacular.

Die Kellerzimmer sind gruselig, der Service ist leider auch nicht besonders freundlich. Man hat nicht das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Der Pool ist super! Der Poolservice ne Katastrophe. Und das Frühstück war nicht sehr ansprechend und auch nicht lecker.

Ninguna queja en la recepción, la dama Sophia con un excelente servicio al cliente .
El tema de las instalaciones me queda debiendo sobre todo el tema de la piscina que al haber pase del día generalmente llega demasiada gente y uno que otro pasado de tragos lo cual genera un muy mal ambiente.
Por otro lado el tema del restaurante es simplemente caótico, demasiado tiempo en atender y servir ( no lo vuelvo a repetir) .

The hotel needs to be renovated. The a/c at my room was very old and very noisy. Location is good but overall the hotel needs to be updated. During weekends the hotel opens the pool for a fee causing to be crowded. Some areas of the hotel are kind of abandoned.
