First of all, the most amazing thing is the overall environment of the hotel and the unique sailing tent design. From a distance, the white sailing tents are scattered, and the shape is chic and full of romance. Like the white sailing boat parked in nature, the face value is directly full. The twin room we stayed in was much more spacious than expected. There was no cramped feeling of traditional tents at all. The layout was reasonable and warm. The simple design style blended natural elements. It was stylish and comfortable. It was suitable for both friends and parent-child travel.
The facilities inside the room are very complete, and the waiter also prepared earplugs and mosquito repellent for us. The details are full of care. The bedding of the twin bed is soft and tidy, and the zero-pressure mattress is used. The hardness is moderate, and the fatigue when lying on it will dissipate instantly. The quality of sleep at night is particularly good. The room is equipped with smart air conditioning, convenient temperature adjustment, no matter the weather can maintain a comfortable room temperature. The separate bathroom is designed to separate dry and wet, clean and tidy without odor, the bathroom facilities are complete, the hot water supply is stable and the water output is large, and the washing experience is very comfortable. In addition, the room is also equipped with basic daily necessities, neatly arranged, easy to use, really exquisite and practical.
The most surprising thing is the view of the room. Open the tent door and the beautiful beach and lake water to drink tea in the sunset, watching the sun slowly fall, the stars and moon are really wonderful.
The service is also impeccable, the staff is warm and intimate throughout the photo did not say back, by the way, turn around. Check-in is efficient and fast, and the staff will patiently explain the use of room facilities and surrounding play suggestions. There is any demand during the stay, the response is very timely, the service attitude is gentle and friendly, and people feel very kind. The daily cleaning work is done in place, the room is always clean and tidy, and the details are also handled well, making people feel at ease and comfortable.

MM4339****The hotel isn't located in the city center, but there are plenty of restaurants downstairs. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the facilities were new. There's a parking lot in the backyard with two fast charging stations; a young man was there to guide us through parking and charging, and even helped with our luggage. The receptionist was beautiful and kind. There's also a laundry room and a printer; I needed to print a form, and the receptionist helped me with that too. The rooms were well-soundproofed and quiet. They even provided complimentary yogurt.

GGuest UserCome to Golmud to travel, stay at the eLong Hotel to experience full marks! The location of the hotel is excellent, just in the city center, facing Kunlun Park, the scenery outside the window is superb, and it is especially convenient to eat and drink around.
The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is efficient and fast, there are questions and answers, and the local play guide is intimate. The room was a surprise, and the facilities were brand new and complete. The decoration is modern and elegant, the environment is clean and elegant, warm and comfortable, the bedding is soft, the sound insulation effect is good, there is a humidifier in the dry Golmud, and the details are full. 24-hour hot water, small refrigerator, disinfection cabinet, everything, and the living is particularly safe.

GGuest UserOverall, this hotel is excellent. To find such a good hotel in the Yardang area is a feat in itself. The butler team's service was especially attentive. They proactively added us on WeChat to send menus and directions, which was a nice personal touch. Upon arrival, the butler escorted us to our room and showed us all the facilities. The entire service was warm and thoughtful. We also had dinner there, and the food was very good. The only surprise was that the breakfast restaurant didn't have a coffee machine. I'm used to having coffee first thing in the morning. While I could go outside the park from the breakfast area to buy coffee, it wasn't very convenient. I really think adding two coffee machines to the breakfast restaurant wouldn't hurt the park's coffee sales. I hope they consider this improvement.

The hotel is new and very clean, with no odors. The owner is incredibly kind!

The two elevators are fast and quiet, the breakfast is rich and varied, the front desk service is warm and fast, making you feel at home, the room service is enthusiastic, the room is clean and sanitary, and the details are in place. MMR.zihaoThe hotel shares a parking lot with other nearby shops, but fortunately this hotel uses cones to reserve parking spaces, and the price is cheap, which is an advantage. But then I want to talk about its shortcomings: First of all, I guess it is actually a city convenience hotel that has ended its cooperation, so it changed its name to ”Chengshi”, and lost unified quality control. This led to problems such as deformed windows and poor hygiene. In addition, the laundry room is actually just a decoration, because there was half a bucket of rancid acid water left in one washing machine, the door of another could not be opened, and a foul odor emanated from the groove for detergent. However, the hotel did not raise prices during the May Day holiday, which is a very conscientious behavior. So I didn't give it a very low score. If you don't have high requirements for the above situation, you can still try it.
