An incredible experience. You arrive at the Mandarin Oriental in Bodrum seeing a breathtaking view. In all the top hotels if been to in Europe, and Middle East, North Africa this is the best experience I’ve had. The comfort, the service, the food, the views, the beach, the exquisite tailored vast gardens with over 1,200 trees - it all blends into one of the best Mandarin Orientals in the world. We had our honeymoon here and fell in love with this place. Its easily the best beach 3 hours flight from London and best service I’ve ever had. Highly recommend and I will do so to everyone back home.

Hakkasan ve Kurochan restoranlarının müdavimi olduğumuz bu resortte bu bayramı geçirmek iyi geldi . Sadece Hakkasan açık olsaydı çok daha sevinirdik . Türkbükü restoranlarıda hala kapalı . Otel doluydu ama plaj ***et rahat . Yan Otel inşaatından dolayı otel yolu çok kötü durumda . Bayram tatili için Bodrum doğru tercih ,Çeşme bu dönemde çok rüzgarlı . Tekrardan mutlu bayramlar, eşim ile mutlu bayram tatili geçirdik . İlk kez Mandarin Orientalı seçtik . Yılda bir kaç kez Maçakızına gideriz . Havuz başındaki bbq çok lezzetliydi ,atmosfer harika. Her isteğimize cevap veren guest experience ekibi ve Tuna bey teşekkür ler. Samimi karşılama çok hoştu .Tekrardan görüşmek üzere .

Bayram tatilimiz için ilk defa tercih ettiğimiz bu otel artık hep aynı yere geleceğimizi belli etti. Bodrum bizim için tatilin değişmez adresi .Mandarinin yurtdışında çok oteline gittik fakat burası bir farklı.Cennet bay boşuna denmemiş. Sadece mağazaların kaplı oluşu shopping bağımlısı olan bizi biraz durdurdu ama onun haricinde herşey mükemmel idi . Müşteri deneyimleri müdürü Tuna bey ve organize tatil için ekibine teşekkür ederiz.

Mandarin oriental Bodrum daki rüya gibi geçen bayram tatilimizi uzun süre unutmayacağız . İlk defa geldiğimiz bu otel artık başka biryerde tatil yapamayacağımızı bize gösterdi . Dünyanın heryerinde en iyi dünya otel gruplarında tatil yaptık ama burası bir farklı . Tatilimiz boyunca güler yüzü ve profesyoneliği için misafir deneyimleri müdürü Tuna beye ayrıca teşekkür ederiz . Temmuz ayında tekrardan görüşmek üzere.

Aile tatili için çok ideal. Çocuk kulü biraz daha büyütülse daha uygun olurmuş .Eşim ve ben çok memnun kaldık .Restoran seçenekleri kısıtlıydı fakat otel çok iyi konumlandırılmış . Odalar ***et geniş . Pool bölümü ***et keyifli idi . Tuna Nural ayrıca teşekkür ederiz , asistanlar çok yardımcı oldular . misafirperverleği otelin yukarda. Bayram çok güzel geçti .

İtalyada yaşayan bir Türk ailesiyiz. Buranın Amalfi’den, Sardunya’dan azı yok fazlası var. Genel otel servis kalitesi ise yüksek seviyede, Luxury ve relax aynı konsepte birleşmiş. Bayram periyodu en iyi tatili burada geçirdik diyebilirim. Birtek bayram event programları yükseltilir ise herşey perfect. Restoranlar hepsi açık değildi ama Bodrum bu anlamda seçenek olarak çok iyiydi. Guest experience yöneticisi Tuna Nural’a selamlar, başarıyla yaptığı işi için ailece teşekkürler. Otele iyi bir tatil yılı dileriz .

Otel cok şık, mutlu olmamız için ellerinden geleni yaptılar. Sürekli güleryüzlü ve ilgililerdi. Özellikle Misafir deneyimlerinden Nursel İçyüz herşeyimize koştu heran yanımızdaydı, Mandarin Bardan Miraç oğlumun en yakın arkadaşı oldu, Sabah kahvaltısından Melih bir saniye bile çayımızı eksik etmedi hep başımızdaydı..çok ama çok ilgililerdi ve özellikle küçük oğlumla cok ilgilendiler. Bu otelden hem cok mutlu hemde cok buruk ayrılıyoruz. Her anımızı cok keyifliydi..
