Stayed with the family 8 of us. Seemed to me that the staff, not management was trained well enough. They tried hard, I just think they really didn't know how or what to do. They were not able to make espresso in the morning cause the ( espresso ) barista wasn't on shift till noon. Could not make a special request for breakfast, simple potatoes, cause it wasn't on the menu. The management, from front desk to beach to hotel to restaurant managers never said good morning or hello at any time of the day, but the cleaning staff did. Construction was going on during the day, not at 7 or 8 am, but mid day. Right on the beach bar dock with all lounge sun chairs. We asked breakfast for all of us and they brought enough for 4 people and had to ask multiple times for more food. The place was right on the water with a nice view, hotel was clean. As we were checking out the last day we found out they were , official opening next week. So I guess we were the experimental guests. The front desk manager didn't even apologize. I was not expecting nor asking, but he could have at least comped the extras for our 4 day stay of $ 500 TL = $50 Euros
