The room and the balcony view were superb as well as the room cleaning, but otherwise the hotel is disappointing. All bit run-down, faded glory.
Breakfast ok, ravioli at beach restaurant tasteless. Variety of appetizers was not good.
Service at beach club slow and not attentive.
WiFi was slow and the last day not working at all.

Had a great time! Amazing staff! Especially Taz made sure everything was exceptional and fantastic! Speaks English very well. Very friendly and dedicated to his job! He made sure everything was great. Funny guy! Great beach area. Good location

The ocean view from our room in kuum hotel is phenomenal, breakfast was superb as well the lunch we had at our cabana , the staff was very helpful by reserving us a cabana right by the water , we were served delicious meals as well as cocktails. Our stay could not have been any more better than this, all thanks to the amazing manager at this hotel. She was extremely kind and ensured our stay here was perfection. Definitely will be booking our next stay here at kuum hotel in bodrum because of her impeccable hospitality.

I highly recommend Kuum Hotel&Spa. We really enjoyed staying there. It has a nice beach, wonderful view and sea is perfect. The beach menu is really delicious, The staff is perfect all around, very well welcoming. The rooms are very comfortable and very practical equipped. 24 hours room service is working well. The location is also perfect. We wish to visit soon.
