Ubicacion y limpieza muy bien.

The hotel is very well located right next to the ski slopes of La Molina.
The service was good, the apartment we had was good, clean and nice. it included an oven/microwave, a TV (Not too big),a mini bar and a safety box.
The breakfast was good enough, (Not exceptional, but good)

Schlimm. Ich komme nicht wieder. Dreckiges Apartement, dreckiges knasiges Geschirr in den Schränken, Haare im Bett von Vorbenutzern. Unfreundliche Hotelleiterin, ließ uns 10 minuten warten weil Sie kein englisch sprach. Keinerlei Nachlass wegen der schlechten Erfahung, wir sind mit Hund gereist, dieser kostet 15,00 € pro Nacht und das wurde nicht erlassen. ihnen waren die Beschwerden auch egal an der Rezeption

La Molina Guitart Aparthotel is a 4 stars aparthotel next to the snow pist. It has a SPA. If this were the narrative, then it'd be perfect but... The structure is old and far from the feeling you would like to have from a 4 stars hotel and you spend for 3 people for 2 nights about €600. Under the bed there were dust balls. The lock of the door-window that allow you to get to the terrace was broken and fixed with a cheap hook. The garage felt more like an abondoned warehouse, with water in the ski loker, cement walls broken, no 1 sign to understand where to go. Overall the room was decent, large and with what you need for a few days stay, but certainly not for a 4 stars place. The personnel was nice, this is a plus, however they are not very prepared. At the check-in I had to ask all the basic questions (garage, spa, etc...) and a the check-out they got all wrong, from the price I had to pay until using the wrong credit card machine. They calles me 3 times whilst I was skiing and I had to go back to fix thir error before leaving. Again, they have been nice, at least. But too many errors. The hotel restaurant seems more a place for schools than a 4 stars hotel and the variaty of food was...awful. There is onely 1 more restaurant in the area. So, book in advance. The facility is next to the pist, this is great. Shall I suggest you to go? For a quick weekend, if there is now, it is the closest place to Barcelona, and overall not a bad stay. However the lack of facilities in thge area allows them to keep high prices and to offer low standard.

Puntos buenos: El personal, la ubicación y la amplitud de los apartamentos. Puntos malos: La limpieza de los apartamentos, la comida (de batalla), el spa (caro y el agua helada), el parking caro para lo vacío que está, y lo peor!!! que por la noche apagan la calefacción de los apartamentos hasta las 6 de la mañana, algo totalmente ilógico, por las mañanas la gente no está en los apartamentos porque se van a las pistas, y por las noches que las temperaturas son más bajas y está todo el mundo en los apartamentos apagan la calefacción, yo que he ido con mis hijas de 7 y 1 año me ha parecido vergonzoso! A mí parecer a este hotel le sobran 2 estrellas.

Un hotel que deja bastante que desear, una atención pésima en la recepción. En el apartamento deja mucho que desear, viejo y con mal olor, la limpieza brilla por su ausencia. Si te vas a quedar unos días , lo mejor es que te lleves todo de casa , hasta la tostadora, vasos contados , al igual que los cubiertos, una vitro de hace 30 años y con una hoya puedes estar contento. las instalaciones son tan viejas que el humo de los extractores del resto de pisos entraba por el nuestro y hemos estado cuatro horas con al ventanas abiertas con el frío que hacía, porque era insoportable el olor a comida y el humo. Puedes ir con tu perro eso esta bien si los tienes , o te pasa como a nosotros que íbamos con un niños pequeño y el perro del vecino no dejó de ladrar en toda la noche. Uno de estos perro se hizo caca y pis en el pasillo, evidentemente sus dueños no lo recogieron, avisamos a recepción y después de 2 horas el olor en el pasillo inaguantable y ahí seguir todo en el mismo lugar. Si te dice aparthotel & Spa, crees que como en todos los hotel que con la pasta que pagas ya te entra la piscina, pero no cual fue nuestra sorpresa que tiene que pagar aparte adultos y niños por hora. En fin luego de esta experiencia no volveré a este hotel y no lo recomiendo.
