酒店服務極差：1、房間地面，尤其是洗手間地面長髮，短髮，各種奇怪的毛隨處可見：
2、大部分房間有異味；
3、部分燈壞了也不及時更換；
4、早餐供應時間未結束就不接待客人，且基本上沒有任何菜品，工作人員基本上也都在早餐時間在早餐廳就餐。
5、前台服務員不會開發票，且聽不懂客人的要求，開出的發票也是錯的。
6、酒店服務意識很差。

很不錯的酒店，衞生好，位置相對偏，但是好處是相對安靜，適合旅遊，商務等出行，推薦，早餐比較簡單，建議優化！

樓前樓後都有停車場，對自駕遊客來説很方便。房間寬敞，有地暖，就是淋浴空間有點狹窄。雖然酒店有年頭了，但不知是後裝修過還是維護的比較好，整體設施還算不錯。旁邊的茶餐廳隨時可以吃飯，好吃不貴，點菜的那個姑娘特別好，特意幫我們減少點菜量，避免浪費。前台服務員和保安大哥都很有服務意識。相對於房價和所處縣城，一定是滿分好評！
