首先到店入住已經接近晚上11點，前台給安排的房型不是我預訂的湖景房，酒店方擅自更改客人房間，美其名曰升級行政房，其實是酒店城景房，因為是晚上，我們入住看不到窗外風景，在我溝通要住會自己預訂的房型，前台一會説我來得晚，沒有房間了，最後在我強烈要求下才給我換回湖景房，接着讓我下樓拿房卡，等換完房卡上到1707，門卡無效又打不開，明顯是故意折騰住客，和孩子折騰到12:30才得睡覺，我們帶着孩子出遊，來廬山高爾夫參加比賽，按照組委會推薦才預訂格蘭雲天，實在是一家沒有誠信的酒店。
