Everything was great. Top notch, we arrived 1 1/2 hours before check in and our room was ready so they allowed us with no problem to check in early. We were very grateful

The hotel was clean. check-in was easy and quick. the person at the desk (sorry I don't remember her name) was friendly/helpful. the beds were soft and comfortable. I and my companion slept really well. there were plenty of towels/bath cloths.
Breakfast was really good. a nice variety of options to choose from. the coffee was awesome. Marsha was our "breakfast" person both mornings we were there. she was very friendly and outgoing.
Check out was also fast and easy. Midion was also very friendly and outgoing.
will definitely be staying there again when we travel back to that area.

Roaches in the elevators and rooms. There was a spill in one of the elevator floors and stayed that way over night, so night shift didn’t do their job, someone could have slipped and fell! Carpet full of stains. Toilet and shower not clean!!!! Terrified to even eat the breakfast there because the amount of roaches seen in elevator, couldn’t imagine what the kitchen would look like!!! Told someone she didn’t seem to care and finished her cigarette outside.

Perfectly comfortable stay. Pretty much as expected. We did have to change rooms after the first day due to the light in the bathroom not working, but were easily moved to the room next door. Probably not an issue for many, but the treadmill wasn't in good working condition (belt was torn) but was still able to get in a decent workout otherwise with the somewhat limited equipment. Staff were excellent!
