This hotel met my 3 major requirements which are: clean, comfortable, secure. The price was reasonable and the staff was freindly.

Where to start. The floor was dirty. The windows were dirty. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was caked with filth and very VERY loud. The breakfast is mediocre at best. Our toilet broke; there was no one to fix it so we had to move all our stuff to another room. No assistance from the staff with the move. In the second room the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work at all. The floor in the second room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

lots of noise on the 2nd floor the remote couldn’t not turn the tv to any Hdmi ports ad they are renovating just horrible experience employess sleep in lobby just not professional

The sheets smelled horrible and the couch in our suite had stains all on it. The door to the bathroom was broken and the shower faucet looked like it had never been cleaned before. You can hear everything happening in other rooms.

Better options are available elsewhere. Even for the cheaper price, I would not stay here again. Many things broken or not functioning 100% (Including the elevator!) Staff was not the friendliest. Was not greeted immediately upon arrival. The attendant was too busy playing on her phone.
