Swosti Palm Resorts

Shabby smelly rooms…. Delay in service. Had to cut short the stay. Based on my experience at Swosti Bhubaneswar I had booked the same here, but was shocked . Never going back there ever again 😡

Rooms were not clean and not worth the rate that is quoted. Very old property and the ***ager during the billing is not cooperative as well. He doesn't have sense and patience to discuss. Not worth the rates charged. Rooms and toilets are dirty and ac not working properly

Swosti palm resort while the stay and rooms were very basic and decent, and also there were renovation work going on which became slight hindrance. But one important factor i would like to mention here is the staff, they were awesome and courteous, not only the leadership team, every member was right up there with a smile to always help you and strike a conversation with you. Really enjoyed the stay. They went over board to arrange a small get together for my team in the garden within a short notice and boy o boy all the food was amazingly tasty.

Rooms are big, but cupboards and tables are not clean enough. Initially they gave me a room which has very bad smell and they changed it after i complained about it. Hotel staff are very polite and helpful

Not well maintained property, room's aren't hygiene and clean. Overall the aura to stay is very unpleasant

This place resembled an old government guest house. Rooms maintained nicely, but old tiles, old carpet, nonfunctional billiard table etc. We're bit irritants. Restaurant was nice, but mixed stale food sometimes. My last day in restaurant met with less number of dishes. It was explained to me that they didn't prepare enough dishes as number of guests were less. But my appreciations are for the the excellent staff and their superb behaviour. The price for stay and restaurant are ok.

Nice hotel, good spacious and clean rooms, food was very good. Hotel staff were very friendly. Hotel is just 10 mins walking distance from beach. Definitely on of the best hotels at gopalpur, will surely recommend friends and family. 5

We checked in at around 2300 hrs in the night. The room was found very attractive, neat, and curated. The airconditioner was on, and we felt satisfied. Went to sleep. At 0400 hrs, i woke up to pee. Came back from the wash room and lay down on the bed. Now, the horrifying scene started. I felt some thing is bit-ting my back. Switched on the light. Make my wife get up. Beneath the bedsheets, we found something is moving. I got terrified. My wife made me aside and tried to catch the big insect. We pulled out the bedsheets and saw a big insect akin to scrub typhus. I was in my goosebumps. Immediately, rush to see the injury on my back. It was like an injection niddle injury. Immediately i applied some antibacterial fluid on it. We captured the insect and kept in a transparent ear phone plastic box. Called the ***ager and briefed the incident. Google about the insect and found it is very poisonous and the after effect of the bite is if not treated on time, then multiple organ failure shall take place leading to fatal. Briefed the receptionist as ***ager was not available, in detail and checked out immediately from the hotel thus, be careful and ensure the safety before getting into sleep in swosti palm resort.

The rooms are average compared to the aura 9f swosti group. And the ambiances are not at all up to the mark. There is no sufficient space for vehicle parking. No amenities.
