The service is very good! The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic! I arrived early and had several cups of coffee and tea. The facilities in the room are also very good. Overall, it was a very satisfying trip!

The hotel we chose specifically for a change of pace with our child for 2 days was definitely disappointing. The jacuzzi broke down on the first day, they changed our room. The room they gave was supposedly of the upper category, whoever would believe it. Granted, they ventilated the room due to humidity, but the way it works, you'd think it was a factory. They said the firewood for the fireplace was extra and they would give it to us as a gift before we arrived. We were very happy, thank you, but we couldn't light it on the first night due to the room change, so we said okay, we will light it on the last night. I'm writing because I think the wood they put is wet. We came here for pleasure and sightseeing, but since I couldn't stand it anymore, I decided to write a review for the first time in my life.

Lovely hotel, easy walk into Goreme but v quiet. Super comfortable bed, lovely garden with hammock style chairs and tables. Great spot for morning coffee. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Easy parking and nice buffet breakfast.
