WE GOT 2 ROOMS ON OUR VACATIONS IN APRIL 2024, BOTH ROOMS WERE ORIGINAL CAVE ROOMS AND THE VIEW FROM THE ROOMS AND ERRACES WAS GREAT. VIEW TERRACE FOR BALOON RIDE WAS AMAZING AND WORTHY OF WAKING UP IN EARLY MORNING. LOOK OUT FOR YOUR LUGGAGE AS THERE IS NO LIFT IN THE HOTEL AND YOU HAVE TO CLIMB THE STAIRS LIKE MOUNTAIN.

Wonderful hotel, the owners are great, so friendly, funny, helpful, always with a smile on their faces, such a sweet family🤭🥰the stuff is so nice🤗Șeyda and her husband arranged the best private tours ever for us, horse ridding, atv tour, the ballon flight and lots other activities. The hotel is such a nice place, you will take a breath of history here❤️🙏 and very important: everything is so so clean! It was such a delightful experience, that we will never forget!💜Thank you for everything and i hope we’ll see you soon🍀🙏!

Excellent location both for reaching the center (5 minute walk perhaps even less) and for watching the unmissable hot air balloons in flight. Clean room equipped with everything, daily change of towel, slippers, bathroom kit, water, coffee with kettle and tea available. Breakfast with a lot of choice, more savory than sweet but all good. We chose to entrust the hot air balloon ride and the various tours to the hotel and we had a very good time. I recommend this hotel

A very nice hotel. Operate** staff are very helpful. Those who want to watch balloons and those who want to stay with the view of the fairy chimneys can definitely choose it. The location is close to everywhere. The breakfast was also nice. I will choose it again when I come again.

very interesting hotel, rooms are located in caves. Responsive staff, there is an observation deck above the hotel, which you need to walk uphill for about 10 minutes, from this observation deck you can see a good view of Goreme and the valley, people come to this platform to see the sunrise.

Curious place where I stayed****. The room inside a cave smelled very damp. It is an experience that must be lived, but I would recommend other hotels. For me this does not meet good value for money. In addition, they tried to scam us with the balloon excursion.
