Arcus Cappadocia

Staying at Arcus Hotel in Cappadocia was absolutely the luckiest part of my trip. This newly opened hotel is incredibly convenient. It's right next to a bustling commercial center, making shopping and dining effortless. From the moment I stepped in, I could feel the owner's meticulous attention to design. Exquisite Turkish elements are everywhere, with thoughtful color schemes and soft furnishing details. Each room has a different theme; I stayed in a pink-themed room, which was romantic and playful – completely my aesthetic. The room, in a cave style, was spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean. What surprised me most was the huge bathroom, which even had a Jacuzzi! After a day of exploring, a soak in the tub was pure bliss. What truly touched me was the service. Our flight arrived late at night, but the hotel offers 24-hour front desk service, with someone always on standby. Before my trip, I communicated via email with the concierge, Mehet (who is also the owner), and his English was excellent. He patiently answered all my questions, from local weather and prices to consumer habits, covering every detail. This gave me a great sense of security before I even left. After checking in, he was even more enthusiastic. Since I wasn't traveling with a tour group in Turkey, I wanted to play things by ear. Mehet was able to connect me with his resources to flexibly customize activities based on my needs and schedule, all at reasonable prices. The hot air balloon ride was initially quoted at 180 Euros, but he surprised me upon check-in by negotiating it down to an amazing price of 100 Euros! This kind of genuine care, treating guests like friends, felt especially heartwarming in a foreign land. I'm very particular about hotel hygiene, and Mehet's sister did an excellent job cleaning. As for breakfast, it was the most beautiful, bountiful, and delicious set I had during my ten-plus days in Turkey. The variety filled the entire table, a dopamine rush! At Arcus, I felt secure staying, happy eating, and relaxed exploring. I highly recommend this new hotel to all my friends visiting Cappadocia – it's absolutely worth coming for!

The owner is very nice and will give you suggestions for sightseeing routes. The hotel is also good.

The room looks exactly like the pictures – it's very clean, not damp at all, and the water pressure is strong and consistent. Most importantly, it's quiet; you can barely hear the church's loudspeaker prayers, which was such a relief! The front desk staff was also very friendly, big thumbs up.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. It's just off the main street, so you can step out and be at souvenir shops or restaurants within a minute. Plus, it's surprisingly quiet and the soundproofing is quite good. The breakfast spread was also very generous, and the owner spoke excellent English.

The room was very spacious and offered incredible value for money, I highly recommend it! It's located right in town, making it very convenient to access nearby restaurants and small shops. It's also just a 7-8 minute walk to the highest viewpoint in Goreme, which is super convenient. Compared to the trendy, hillside hotels that cost thousands, this place is a steal. We chose it because we were going hot air ballooning and weren't looking to take influencer-style photos on a hotel terrace. It's a family-run hotel, similar to a guesthouse, with a nice atmosphere and exceptional service, especially from Mehmet, who was incredibly enthusiastic. On our last day, we checked out to move to the Uçhisar Castle area and left our luggage at the hotel. It happened to be my birthday that day, and when we returned to pick up our bags, Mehmet had even prepared a birthday cake for me! The service was so amazing that my friend and I both wanted to cancel our next hotel and just stay here, hahaha. I recommend this place to friends who, like us, are going hot air ballooning or chasing balloons. However, if you're looking to take influencer photos on a hotel terrace, this might not be the best fit.

This was the best hotel experience during our trip to Turkey, highly recommended! The hotel just opened last year, so all the facilities are brand new, and the decor has a wonderful local touch. The little courtyard at the entrance is particularly lovely. The owner's family is incredibly warm and hospitable, actively helping us solve all sorts of issues, including booking tours and activities. Mehmet, in particular, is fantastic – his English is excellent, he's handsome and friendly, and he even offers free travel advice and refreshments. The service is truly outstanding, making you feel completely at home!

This is a newly opened hotel that is very cozy and clean, offering great value for money. The rooms are well-equipped, and the owner is very kind and helpful, assisting with airport transfers and luggage. It's very close to the hot air balloon launch site, which is super convenient for activities. Even after checking out, you can sit in the courtyard, and the owner will offer plenty of drinks. The mattress is on the softer side and very comfortable. Breakfast is also plentiful. Overall, it's one of the best hotels I've stayed in recently.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Goreme's main street. The breakfast spread is incredibly rich, and the jams are especially delicious. Plus, you can watch the hot air balloons directly from the hotel rooftop, no need to trek all the way to a distant viewpoint. The hotel staff, especially the young man, is also very handsome and enthusiastic. Highly recommend!
