Very nice hotel , just outside city center so away from madness of tourists rush. Wonderful trails nearby. Breakfast is nice . Wonderful reception staff , very helpful. Highly recommended. There are no elevators so heavy bag carrying can be an issue. Breakfast served on third floor terrace .

1 geceliğine kızım ve eşimle kaldım. Odası, temizliği, kahvaltısı gerçekten memnun ediciydi. Ama mükemmel olan tarafı misafirperverlik ve insan ilişkileri. Sefer Bey, Emira Hanım ve Samet Bey size gönülden teşekkür ederim. Birdahaki gelişte kesinlikle başka yere gitmem ve herkese tavsiye ederim.

I have spent one night as a member of tourists group. Hotel does not follow own cancelation policy (24 hour prior) and charge the clients full cost. There was no lingerie for one bed. plus kitchen and breakfast is terrible. without any hygienic condition one of our members find bunch of human hair in tea.

L'hotel è carino nel complesso, situato in una zona di nuova costruzione (maggio 2023, quando eravamo lì stavano asfaltando la strada di fronte all'hotel). Le camere sono carine e il personale molto disponibile. Tuttavia manca l'attenzione ai dettagli. Quando siamo arrivati mancava la carta igienica in bagno, la pulizia della camera è stata fatta una sola volta durante il nostro soggiorno di 4 giorni, sono stati cambiati gli asciugamani da doccia ma mancavano quelli per il viso e il tappetino per il bagno. Entrambe le volte siamo dovuti andare a chiedere alla reception e il personale di turno ci ha aiutato come meglio ha potuto. L'illuminazione delle camere era scarsa, le lampadine utilizzate facevano poca luce. La colazione era buona ma l'ultima mattina in cui abbiamo potuto usufruire del servizio mancavano le uova per l'omelette perché i supermercati aprivano più tardi a causa delle elezioni e la cuoca si era dimenticata di comperarle il giorno prima. Tanti piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza.

Was staying in another hotel for 5 days, was fully packed and couldn’t extend our stay at that hotel and just wanted to stay nearby, so checked in next door. Unfortunately, no water running since the day we checked in, no drinking water, no working channel, we had to leave and check in into another hotel just to take a shower, brush our teeth. We left the hotel the same day, went back just to take our luggages the next day, we called *******, they said they’d help but instead the hotel owners said we stayed there and left just an hour ago, and haven’t heard from ******* ever since. Didn’t get no help, no refund, nothing. Super worse experience.

booked a room for three people. At the entrance, it turned out that inside the room there is a strong smell of mold. The hotel staff said that they do not care that we are uncomfortable and we can move out, but they will not return the money. Also in the room for three people, there were very uncomfortable mattresses. Very disappointed with the hotel. Highly not recommend
